the patch is not updating for me it just restarts the system anyone else having the same problem??

Agree Sean Jeezy makes a good point. Really the problem isn't the regression or ratings themselves but the way the lineups, callups etc are calculated.

As you say it's a very difficult thing to get right and I'm not sure i can offer a better alternative by going purely on attributes and overalls.

I did but it was because I lost internet connection. I did it a 2nd time and had no problems.
