does anyone actually use guess pitch

I have never used it. Don't really think its cheating by any means, just have never had the urge to try it out.

I think it rubs people the wrong way when someone posts a thread about a game being too easy, almost like they're so great at the game

I use it and whorship this feature. it has allowed me to become a super insanely super patient hitter. on average i can get a starting pitcher up to if ont over 100 pitches by the 4-5th inning. i use 1/6, look 4-seamfastball and low center zone. if i dont get any icon to show up, i dont swing, unless there are two strikes then i do no matter what and somethings that no matter what is really really ugly bad.

here the last couple days ive been asking myself - self are able to do this without the guess pitch feature, then i see a ball go low below the zone and realize that if i didnt have the guess pitch feature i would have swung at taht ball down out of the zone. so all praise the all mighty guess pitch feature as it has allowed me to continue to love baseball games.

I didnt mean it as completely cheating.If your new to the game, sure you have to use it.But if youve played the game since 06 and are experienced then i think it might be time to say goodby to guess pitch, or at least use no feedback.Especially with 08, Ive noticed this is the easiest one of them all to hit pitches.But if you like getting 15-20 hits a game thats cool.I play ALOT so i am used to waiting for my pitch with guess pitch off.Sorry for starting a riot haha, remember these are MY opinions and there is no need to get angry.

I've played the game since 2006, and yet I still like and use Guess Pitch with feedback. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Thus, what you call "opinions" are actually stated as facts (or assumptions), and these facts/assumptions are incorrect.

So, what is the point of your thread? As soon as I saw the title "Does anyone actually use guess pitch?" it was crystal clear to me that the word "actually" was your way of saying, politely, "is anyone pathetic enough to use this? I am not." And I get annoyed when people come on to forums and opine that there is only one way to play a video game -- their way.

If the true point of your post, as I suspect from reading between the lines, is to suggest that you are really good at this game, and people who use Guess Pitch are not good at this game, why don't you get honest and just come out and say that?

Again, what was the point of this thread? Why did you really start it? You are telling people that use Guess Pitch that they need to give it up, right? Why? Why would it possibly matter to you whether or not Joe Shmoe in Keokuk, Iowa plays with Guess Pitch? I certainly don't care whether you play with or without it. Whatever floats your boat.
