I guess these might be spoilers for now? The first one probably not (it's about confirmation of a second villain), the second one I feel like people would consider one:

Doomsday will be a villain in the film, and will be a "blend of practical and computer-generated effects."

Apparently the "Do you bleed?" scene from the trailer is actually from a dream sequence. No word on who is dreaming and blah blah blah....but that kind of sucks.
