I have them sounding great in game with the exception of start of game music, which is still kinda unclear and low. What settings are you using for audio so I can compare, because I think that with your setings this can sound even better.

Even after clearing my cache several times, my goal song play so quietly I can't hear them. That, with not being able to replace the goal horns, make Custom Audio officially a BUST. Another half-baked implementation ruins a great feature. Thanks EA.

I'm kind of surprised you're still playing considering how negative all your posts are about this game.

I am renting 2k9 tonight to see what it has to offer. Football and hockey games are the only sports games I play anymore. EA ruined football so hockey is all that is left. I was still playing 08 until 09 came out but 09 just dissappointed me.

Did you try my music packs with all songs bumped up to 105 db?

I recommend going into your dashboard and deleting all music albums and playlists.....then clearing your cache.....then re-adding all music **bumped to 105db of course**

That sucks bud, but If you are looking for the Best sports game this year, have a ps3 and can get into it, the show is as sweet as it comes. The show with Knight's latest rosters, and a good set of sliders plays awesome. I know baseball isn't everyone's cup of tea but I think that this game shouldn't be missed, it's just that good. On a side note I do like nhl 09 and think it is runner up only to the show.

You are correct! NHL 09 is far and away the best game I've ever played regardless what anyone says.

08 The Show is flat out amazing though. I have 360 but I've played The Show with my friend a few times and it is flat out amazing. I haven't even had time to explore the game either because I've only played like 5 play now games against my friend.

The live roster updates are amazing and the gameplay, presentation, and everything else is pretty much as good as it gets. I honestly want a PS3 just for that game. If it ever lowers in price significantly I would definitely look into buying a ps3 and the show.

Nothing tops NHL 09 though for me! Then again hockey is my favorite sport!

At e3 they announced a price drop in feb for a 80 gig ps3, but it will be set up like the 40 gig (no bc, no card reader, and 2 usb ports). Feb will be perfect timing for the show 09, and you can play mgs4,the new socom, and even the show 08 while waiting for it to come out =) Oh, and it will be packaged with a dualshock 3 instead of the dualshock with no vibration. remember to get hd cables for it though (you should be able to find a used set for cheaper =) )
