You can find a better description of what the sliders do, if you create a season and then go to slider edits in that game mode. I have no idea why they do not provide a better one in play now or just in game settings.

I did not notice more rebounds but I you will see more loose pucks as a result of players being bumped in front of the net. Going above 4, seems to result in more strange goals or pucks that seem to go to the opposition. I found at 3 or 4 that the players can keep control a little better and the pucks don't seem to squirt as far away from them.

The thing I like about setting it at 4, is increased battles along the boards and in front of the net. Sure we might have more chipped in pucks in the crease area, but that is more like the NHL anyways.

I will see if I can upload a game sample, so you guys can compare to what I get.

Just read this! Is this true? Is the puck control slider reversed? I have mine at 0 now... and i really donīt see that many loose pucks...

Canīt try it right now, so if anyone did try it please put feedback here.

Thanks!

Re: A few things you can do to make the game better

I have puck control (using Superstar) at 2 for me and 0 for AI.

I notice that I seem to be able to hold on to the puck better when being checked or if a lose puck is in the area with two players (AI and my controlled player) I get the puck 9 out 10 times.

When I had AI at 2 and me at 1, the AI would get the puck more often than not.

Re: A few things you can do to make the game better

I can confirm that the puck control slider is "reversed." I'm using it maxed right now, second game and I'm deffinately seeing more loose pucks.

The game is sloppier and more dynamic, haven't seen any strange goals yet really. Forechekig is more effective, especially with pinching D-men. It's also worth noting that you do see a difference in players with great puck control and the average ones.

Continuing to test.
