ok so i'm sure lots of us have been had the issue of having little to no penalties and found a fix. Unfortunately you have to reset your sliders to default change all sliders to how ever you like them but dont touch any of them in the checking tab. this kind of sucks you either get crazy hits or no penalties so pick your poison.

i changed every slider in the checking section and get 4 to 6 PP per game for one team and 2 to 3 for the other.
