Some realistic transfers I see. You think someday they will figure out the transfer market and growth in this game? Unbelievable and very lame.

Mo said awhile back that FIFA13 wasn't his realistic game. He plays it for domination. He said Football Manager was his real deal addiction.

Oh I see. Thanks, didn't know. Well he is definitely dominating.
Curious about who the 1 draw was.

Re: How's your FIFA 13 career mode going?

I've spent way too much time reading this thread lol, may aswell post my own game..

I've got a game going with Santos at the moment. The plan was to hang onto Neymar until I had a possible replacement coming through the youth academy and sell him for nothing less than $50 million. That lasted until the end of the first season, where I had both a player in the youth academy who could replace him (Emilio Jardim - 61-65 OVR, 87-93 POT 14 year old CAM/CM/CF) and got a $50.5 million offer from Real Madrid. Sucked to sell him but it made no sense to keep him.

Short summary; season one
- Sold Ganso to Juventus, bought Denilson to replace him
- Bought Dede
- Finished 3rd, Neymar and Andre #1 and #2 in the league in goals
- Denilson finishes #1 in assists

Off-Season
- Sold Neymar to Real Madrid for $50.5 million
- Sold Denilson to Udinese for $10 million

The problem I had was figuring out what to do with all the Neymar money. I try to keep things somewhat realistic so I thought bringing Brazilians back to Brazil made the most sense. My defense was hugely shaky until Dede came along last season so I tried to fix that..

- Replaced Denilson with Casemiro
- Bought Danilo for $8.5 million
- Bought Alex Sandro for $8 million
- Bought Rever for $3.6 million

Replacing Neymar was hard, I picked up Deulofeu from Barca B as a direct positional replacement, and bought Robinho for $9.9 million to try and replace his goalscoring. I thought it was kinda cool to bring Robinho back to Santos for a couple of years until Jardim is old enough to come into the squad. Also picked up Adryan because I remember him getting really good in another game I had going.

Still have $20 million left but I don't think I'll spend it.

Everton. I took an early lead, they counter with two goals in the first half. Threw the kitchen sink at them and finally nab the equalizer in the 88th minute(Or around there, memory of that is fuzzy, just knew it was real late in the game)

I eventually want Monaco to be competing against PSG in another 3-4 years.
So I sent Tello back after the season long loan. A tremendous talent but wasn't fitting my strategy. We signed Traore in the January window and he was tremendous at the striker position with Neymar feeding him the crosses. I'm about to start my 2nd season now and Inter have offered 30 million for Traore. I think I'm going to have to accept that and bring in the extra funds as I only have about 9 million to work with in the new season. There are rumours Neymar is unsettled and PSG have offered 67 million for Neymar but I really don't want to let him go. I still have lots of work to do with this team and am hoping for a mid table finish in our 1st season back in France's top league.

Re: How's your FIFA 13 career mode going?

I started my career mode with Arsenal and I am currently in the first January transfer window.

Szczesny

Sagna----------Koscielny----------Vermaeleen----------Criscito

Dzagoev----------Wilshere----------J. Rodriguez

----------(CAM)----------

Podolski----------Giroud

Summer

I bought Dzagoev for €8,500,000, Criscito for €6,000,000 and Arshavin, and J. Rodriguez for €20,000,000 and Gervinho. I paid too much for James, but I sold a lot of dead wood to make up for it.

January
I sold Santi Cazorla to Real Madrid for €42,000,000 and almost got Luis Suarez for 15 M, but Bayern Munich acted like a douche and got him. I want to buy a CAM and a striker with good heading ability and at least 80 speed and acceleration. Giroud isn't working for me. I have €40m to spend for the CAM and the striker. Any Ideas?

Re: How's your FIFA 13 career mode going?

I have recently started a return to glory career mode with Portsmouth FC.

Playing on professional as I am not good enough to move to World Class yet..
I used the financial takeover to see how it would go and am currently really enjoying it still undefeated in 10 games and am clear by 9 points ALREADY!! I am contemplating moving up to World Class...

I have completely overhauled the team bringing in Lucas Piazon, Nathan Ake, Marvell Wynne, Tom Carroll, Tonny Vilhena, Adryan and Yassine Benzia to name a few.

I will keep you guys updated and post a full team soon.
Any help/advice would be much appreaciated

Thanks,
