- I started a new Franchise because playing a full season with 10 innings was too much and i hate simulating. I wil post my roster and an update stats/standings with every couple weeks or a month in the season. IN Season 1 The Jays captured the World Series vs. Diamondbacks and Brett Lawrie was the WS MVP. Bautista captured the Season MVP winning HR, RBI and Runs Scored. Encarnacion lead batting average, and was 2nd in HR but was lost to Free Agency.

The Blue Jays have sent CF Adam Jones, SP Brett Cecil, and AA SS Chris Woodward to the Rangers for OF Nelson Cruz, and SP Alexi Ogando.

- The Jays wanted some more power and they werent getting much from Jones. Also Cecil's 5.02 ERA wasnt very appealing and they were thinking of sending him down. With all the potential lying in the farm system for SP it was a move they could afford to make even though they lose some age here.

- The Jays are halfway through June and have 1 more series before they start interleague play. They are 2nd in the division, 4 games back of the Yankees. Danny Espinosa is off the DL and 3B Wilson Betemit has been sent to AAA to make room on the roster. Here is the Lineup/Rotation for the Jays up to now:

- Summary -
The Jays continue their hot streak, winning game 1 vs. the Rays. Alvarez made his debut for the Jays going 3.2 innings (pitch count). The Rays started off in the 2nd inning with a RBI double by Damon, and then in the 3rd, Hector Lee and Catcher Chirinos both had RBI singles to make it 3-0 Rays. That same inning however, Escobar hit a solo HR to cut it to 3-1. Next inning Bautista singled home a run, and Morales doubled home a run to tie it 3-3. In the 6th, Morales hit a sac fly and Santana hit a RBI double to make it 5-3 Jays. Longoria would homer (solo shot) off Marshall in the 8th, but couldnt solve Feliz as he picked up his 14th save. However, after the game announced elbow soreness and will be DTD. If a save opportunity arises he will pitch, but look for Fernando Salas to get a save chance sometime if one arises in the next week.

Next inning with Masset in, after a Morneau double, Valencia scored him to make it 5-4 on a ball that Bautista should have caught (game glitched). In the 9th after Bautista doubled again, Morales drove a 2-Run HR out of the park to cut the deficit to 5-4. the Jays had 0 outs but the bottom of the order couldnt get it done.

- Thome(ph) - 0/1
DH Betemit - 2/4
LF Francisco - 2/4

Tigers Notables:
Boesch - 2/4 RBI
Raburn - 1/5 2RBI

- Summary -
The Jays lose game 2 despite 9 innings of 1 hit ball from Liriano. Their offense has disapeared so far the last 2 weeks, and they need someone to step up and get them going. Bosech singled home a run in the 1st to make it 1-0, After a Bautista double off the wall, Lawrie scored him in the 6th to make it 1-1. In the 11th with bases loaded, Marshall gave up a 2 run single to Raburn (which should have been caught by Francisco). That was it as the Jays couldnt string any hits together.

The Jays have lost their patience with Sanchez already, as they have shipped 1B Gabby Sanchez and SS Ronny Cedeno to the Angels for 1B Kendry Morales, and SS/3B Macier Izturis. Morales will take over 1B duties, and Izturis will be backing up most INF positions.

- Summary -
Wow, what a debut for Kyle Drabek, going 8 innings with only 4 hits and no ER. The Jays are finally back into the Wins again, going 3-1 their last 4. After a Lawrie double in the 2nd, Arencieba doubled to score the 1st run of the game. Davis singled up the middle to score him and make it 2-0 Jays. Thats all they would need as Drabek cruised through the lineup and helping the Jays get to the 9th where Feliz came in and saved it for his 10th save. With the win, the Jays move into 2nd place behind the Yankees.
