NBA 2K17 Patch 1.05 Coming Soon, Fixes Roster Update Issue, Pro-Am & More

NBA 2K17 patch 1.05 is coming soon, according to the official NBA 2K Twitter account. The tweet confirms update 1.04 introduced issues for the team to update rosters.

Pro-Am divergences will also be addressed, but nothing specific was detailed. Once the patch is available and/or we get more details, we will let everyone know.

You guys going to drive yourself crazy off 2k, the patch is coming (idk when). but watch some NBA games until then or go play some ball on the court, aleast that what i do. 2K should always be your down time or if you making money off of it like the Youtuber's, You should be Pissed as Hell. 2K is gonna 2k period but don't get it wrong i feel the frustration on these threads and i'm with you. But we can chill until P.5; B1 out too

That's the problem. You can't make a mainstream appealing game (arcade) and also have it appeal to the offline users (sim) as well. This year really highlighted that. They've made the switch to the money. And as a customer, I can't blame them. But as a company, they sure can't blame me for never buying their games again.

Gone are the days when 2k was the most real sports sim.

No...it was SPECULATED that it would be released today.

Knew this was coming. Put speculation out there and people will believe it when they're desperate for something..

Somehow this is gonna end up being 2Ks fault that it wasn't released today because someone assumed it would be.

Eh I was upset when they didn't let us know anything but now that I know the patch is coming soon so I'm good lol. Just patiently waiting.

Where is Rashidi the Roster Expert? Bedwardsroy has fallen off, he is tending to his family so I guess 2K Insider took over for this year.

We should rely on Rashidi, the guy has talent at making rosters. He knows what he is doing.

It's been said over and over the roster can't come out until the patch drops first.

It's not their fault that someone assumed a patch would be released today and hoards of people believed it.

As far as the game in its current state, that's another subject and there's no disputing that; but it's far from their fault that people are believing speculation and assumptions.

Its funny how its said everyone needs to calm down about all the issues requiring a patch 5 to fix and on the live feed Ronnie and LD2K express their sympathy for those having issues then say but thank God its not affecting My Team because that would have been horrendous. LOL

ronnie and ld2k just stated that patch has been submitted and it's up to micro and Sony now.. In the next few days I'm guessing cuz it's a process and he stated there's a lot of gameplay improvement

Confirmed via the livestream that the patch is already submitted and now its just up to Sony/Microsoft.

Ronnie said it should drop any time now.

LOL, are you serious man?! I haven't looked at his tendencies yet, wow that is bad. I tell you what I edited the 93 Bulls and the 87 Lakers players tendencies and a few of there play calling, it greatly improved the gameplay for these two teams. As for the current teams, I'm betting 2K has a lot of players pull up in transition tendency set too high, resulting in why the CPU doesn't do well if fast break situations and a lot of players trying to shoot like Curry.
