Earning Badges in NBA 2K15

Having trouble earning particular badges in NBA 2K15? NBA 2K Producer Zach Timmerman has just sent us the requirements for each one of them.

Key Notes

Simulating games will not count towards earning badges. You must play the games to meet the requirements.
Only one badge can be earned in MyPark / Jordan Rec Center (Swagger).
Badges can be earned by playing on any difficulty.
Unless specifically noted, any position can earn any badge.
Unlike what many believe, having the Cool and Collected or Volume Shooter badges will not prevent you from getting �hot� (which is required to earn Unfazed and Microwave).
Getting ejected or fouling out of a game will not impact your ability to earn badges.
For the ankle breaker dribble move badges, like Killer Crossover, you�ll generally have better luck earning them if you try the moves when you�re within 25 feet of the basket.
When earning a badge requires you to meet the requirements �in a single season�, it means just that. You cannot carry over stats or games played to the next season to earn the badge.

Yeah, I don't sim.. ever. This character is strictly a farm for Badges career so why would I ever sim. No sim. 401 user rebounds. I'm in the playoffs. So forgive me if I don't share the same hubris that people know what they are always talking about. Do you know ANYONE with Swagger? With Hardened? Lol.

I have read the thread. That was my point to bring it up about broken Badges like Hardened and Swagger. To bring up how post fadeaways don't count towards Fade Ace but it registers after you get the badge. I brought it up to say, Why is it inconceivable to think things couldn't act funky with other Badges with other people? I have 401 user rebounds and I don't have Tenacious Rebounder. I can provide photo proof if needed. I know there's a lot of human error in some of these counts. I get that. But rebounding isn't like Deadeye contested shots. It's easily counted and tracked. I don't sim.

I didn't get my tenacious rebounder at exactly 400 rebs, I got it at like 430 something. C, around 70 reb at the time.

you counting them doesnt necessarily mean theyre registering.. the notification has to pop up on the screen

I did not have to set 100 screens just to get Brick Wall. I only set about 30-50 and I would say about 10-25 of those where hard screens. That how I got it.

I only counted when the notification said "Set screen for score" as I was told by many people that's how they got it.

Does anyone know an effective method to draw charges from AI? I wouldn't mind having Charge Card for Rec. Also does anyone have Scrapper? I can never get my guy to go into the loose ball save animation. I always jump. I dive after loose balls IN bounds just fine though. I probably have 1 of these saves on the season.

The best method I have for charges is when they call a pick and roll, the PG will go into an animation as he passes the pick and if you time it right he runs into you for a charge a lot.

thats the only way I've gotten charges, I have literally been in the take charge animation for 2-3 second on the baseline, not in the restricted zone and had a guy run me over, no call either way.

I'll try this. But yeah I know what you mean. I've tried baiting AI into charges at the half court line but they just truck over me and there's no call either way. Lol.

Anyone get the Euro step or hop step layup badges? I do at least 2 manual euros every game but can't get the badge. I'm not even doing it to get the badge as manual euros are very good layups to execute as they fake your defender in the paint quite nicely.

I pretty much use the right stick for layups religiously but haven't gotten any of the badges.

Have gotten fade ace on T-Mac, my Center and now my PG. On to my SF now. Also got On Court Coach on my PG.

To the guy that asked about Corner Specialist, no it never activates for me. Also, I'm confused to what makes the dribble badges activate because I get the arena fx for an ankle breaker move but the badge doesn't activate then other times it does. I have all the layup badges on my SG. I got them all except spin layups pretty quickly but I wasn't playing a natural game. I was actively going for the badge. I'd euro step on fast breaks with no defenders, lol. Just keep grinding they will fall. I believe I'm going to have quite a time getting them on my SF. I'm getting rejected or fouled 80% of these layup attempts.
