PES 2015 News Post

The PES 2015 demo is now scheduled to arrive in the USA on September 23rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Quote:
The demo is available now in Asia (excluding Japan) for PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3, while the Xbox One version will be made available on September 18th.

The demo will also be made available in Japan for PlayStation®4, PlayStation®3 and Xbox One on September 18th, and in the US for PlayStation®4, Xbox One, PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360 on September 23rd. Demo dates for Europe will be announced shortly.

The playable demo features a maximum 10-minute daytime Exhibition match within the game’s KONAMI stadium. It also features key European club sides, allowing users to play as Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, FC Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Napoli. Each team has been perfectly recreated using the game’s stunning PES ID system, ensuring that the teams are set up to play like they do in real life, while players are instantly recognisable by the way they move and play.

Users can try creating a non-USA account (Hong Kong seems like the best bet) to download it. (Google)

UPDATE: Xbox One users can also download the demo, by using this trick.

Does anyone else find the action feeling like its a step behind what you're wanting to do? Not entirely sluggish but it feels like the game itself is a step behind what I want to do. Saying that, I think passing is fantastic and the battles for the ball works and looks great

No, I'm finding the game to be incredibly fluid and not sluggish at all.

I've been playing as Napoli, and one thing I love is that no two teams play the same. On Superstar I beat Real Madrid 4 times in a row. 3-0, 2-0, 1-0, and 3-0. I was thinking "man, I must be getting pretty good at this." Then I played Bayern and got crushed 4-1. I hit the rematch icon and lost 2-1. Finally I managed a 2-2 draw, but I was up 2-0 in that match. Bayern started pressing, and before I knew it the score was level.

When the retail version is released and I start an EPL ML with Arsenal, I'm going to cross my fingers that I don't draw Bayern in the CL.

To anyone with the ability to post game play videos: Would you consider posting a video with the demo set on -2 speed? The default CPU game play and ball movement in those videos is just insanely fast.

I feel the same. If the retail version is better, as it should, it could be an amazing game!

Even if the retail version plays exactly like the demo I'll be very happy. I love the demo, most fun I've had with soccer game since pes6. Was eager to buy FIFA 15 until I played pes 15 demo, now I'm waiting for that to land.

Incredible fun and I love the fact that each team plays differently and feels different...something FIFA doesn't even remotely have.

I play on Superstar and also thought man the game is too easy after coming back from 0-1 with a 10 man Juventus to beat Real Madrid 4-2. I've tried with each team and Bayern just abuses me, usually lose 1-2 or so. But I hardly get any shots on goal as they just physically dominate me.

Had a cracker El Classico this morning, ending in a 3-3 draw between Real and Barcelona.

Player individuality is incredible, something severely lacking in FIFA as well. Messi scored an insane goal against my Bayern team...dribbling through 3 defenders in a very small space, then chipping the keeper from a ridiculous angle...just sat and stared at the screen with my jaw on the ground. Never seen an AI player score a goal close to that.

Can't wait for the final release, best soccer game since PS2 days IMO. Everything moves along crisply. Passing and shooting is responsive and especially shooting is heavily improved from the last couple of years.

Scored a long range goal from about 26m with Mandzukic against Atletico and it was a sight for sore eyes...so far I've enjoyed this demo 100%, not a single thing bar more fouls that I want changed/improved.

No matter how much I try to love the PES 2015 demo - I just can't...
I'm here too, PES is okay, but just okay IMO. It's better than the garbage they released last year, but that's not saying much. It feels slow and drab- the action just kinda plods along. I used to eagerly anticipate WE's winter release on the PS2 and I imported every PES on the PS3 up until last year b/c it was so fun and engaging, but this ain't gettin' it done anymore. Maybe I still wear the scars of last year, but IMO the magic is gone.

haha, I was bored with the FIFA 15 demo before the Liverpool Manchester City game ended.

I'll admit I like their pitch degradation...but it's waaaaay overdone, seriously I've never seen a soccer match where you can see every single foot imprint on the grass.

It baffles me how anyone that enjoyed PS2 pes don't enjoy the pes 15 demo. Maybe I'm just THAT desperate but hell, this pes 15 demo is insane fun.

To me it has that same gameplay and that typical "one more game" feeling the old pes had and FIFA IMO never had. The last pes game that had the "one more game" feeling was pes6...now finally it's back! Can't wait to take my bunch of inbred marinda's and castello's and start a master league.

I mean seriously, people complain about the keeping of the pes series, but I've probably scored 10000 goals on FIFA where in a one on one situation I roll it by the keeper at such a slow speed my 11 month old son would be able to stop it. And after I scored like that yet again in the FIFA 15 demo, I just gave a sigh. Then I hit the post 3 times in quick succession, the AI scores all of the sudden blah blah...just feels scripted.

For consoles you can't edit game speed on the demo but the games plays much slower when you have your hands on it.

Some one explain it to me how the gameplay is different from last year's? I admit there is no slow down in frame rate. Don't get me wrong. I greatly enjoyed last year's game, but I do not see that much of a difference this year's gameplay compared to lat year's. Am I missing something?

I would pay 60 dollars for just the demo.

It's that good.

Question: is there no way to man mark?

You can't adjust the speed in the demo. No idea why not.

That's a video comparison of the PS3 version vs PS4 version of PES 2015, not 2014 vs 2015.

Framerate is much smoother and more stable in this game than FIFA.

I've tried to enjoy the demo but to many freezes in the short time I've had with it. 2 freezes were when loading in-game & 1 when backing out of the strategy screen. Had to unplug the PS4 on one of them as the application wouldn't close. I've been playing the US demo.
