I preorderd a few weeks ago. I can`t get into the PSN store neither library. I see the background moving without any info. seems to be trying to load.
I will try later to see how it goes.

Seriously regretting going digital. Can't get in to PSN either because of the d-bag hacker.
Mine seems to be downloading but PSN is still flaky. My digital titles are locked out though because PSN cannot verify their licenses so i can't play them now whether I want to or not.

What do i have to do to start getting the download? Or that should start automatically?

I tried going into the PS Store not expecting it to connect but it did. Since I preordered the digital version, I then went down all the way to the bottom where it says "My Library", then selected Madden 15 and then the download option was there.

PSN is still down for me on the east coast. Talk about bad timing. The one time I buy a digital game and would like to preload it. I know there was a DDOS attack, but this is pretty stinky.
The download shouldn't take very long. I'm sure you'll have it on your system within the next 24 hours.

I'm on the East Coast(Ohio) back on @ 11:00 ish, & already dling @ 30%...shouldn't be much longer for y'all...keep on trying to log on. 
It's finally working for me as well and I'm in Florida so keep trying everyone!

Finally got in. I tried just going to my library but when I did that it says it down for maintenance. So I went into PSN store and then went down to the library. I don't know if I did it right though it's downloading but it will be done in just 15 minutes. I thought it was supposed to be a big file?

If auto download is checked will it download when the system is off? Stand by? Does it have to be ON?
