Madden NFL 15 Available Now For PS4 Digital Pre-Order, Play on Aug. 26 at 12:01AM EST

Madden NFL 15 is available now for digital pre-order on the PlayStation 4. You will be able to pre-load on August 24th, so you can start playing the game on release date August 26th, at 12:01 AM EST.

Is the DL supposed to stop at the 4 gig mark on the PS4? What about the other 12 gigs?

As most Digital games now, you have the first part that is needed to boot the game (4gb on this case). Then it will download in the background the remaining GB.

To check your status, place on the game, select options and you will see XXGB/xxGB status downloading/completed.

Mine says size: 18 GB, DL status: completed...where do you see it stopped @ 4GB?

In the Notification section at the download it shows 4GB. It did the same for the Show I believe. If you go to the game and hit options, you can see it still downloading after the 4GB

@ my notification, @ dl says Installed, go to game ,options & I don't see anything but Delete? nothing still dling

As a matter of fact I don't see ANYTHING/ ANYWHERE where it says Madden still downloading.

Should have clarified..When it first started to download last night, the size of the file in the notification was 4GB. When you went into options on the game app, it would still show it downloading past 4GB. I havent checked mine since it started downloading last night but I will check it out tonight after dinner.

Actually, I believe it dl'ed 4,060MB the proceeded to dl'd to 18GB.I will venture to say yours is complete as well.

You should be able to play it at 12:01 at least on the PS4. I don't know about Xbox one.

Cool thanks!! I've been reading different things, couldn't find a solid answer. Looks like I'll be downloading once I get out of work!!

Thinks for clearing that up. I was wondering why it was initially 4020 MB. Then I went to system storage and under apps under madden 15. It was still downloading saying 18 gb.

So your saying you could play some of the game after the initial 4 gb if this was not a pre downloaded game.

Yeah. Unless something has changed which I don't believe so it will be available to play at 12:01est

I seeing something about they temp suspended because of an issue with the rewards.
