This is the most I've ever seen Carbs get discussed in the NBA Forums.

False

Gotta search, but it's gone 2 pages deep before.

I'm on a Ketogenic diet now..last time I did it I went from 215 to 175 in about 4 months. Had tons of energy and was never hungry. I'm honestly surprised more athletes don't use it

Maybe he hasn't slept in months and soon he will be anorexic like Christian Bale in The Machinist.

I'm glad he's doing this. Less weight on his knees should mean a longer career. Plus, assuming the love deal goes through he won't be playing much PF.

He looks like 2007 Lebron lol

I woudn't read too much into theses dark low quality pictures but if he did lose weight props to him that's the right thing to do at this point.

Here is another picture, but he definitely has lost weight. It appears to be a lot and not just fat as he had a very muscular frame. We will see when training camp starts, but it appears to be a lot of weight in 1 months time.

ESPN article said he's lost 10 lbs.

EDIT: *More than 10 lbs, just re-read it.

Well I think we can rule out that he wanted to discuss his weight loss with them.

I got all thrown off & confused with that random comment lol.

To me, LeBron doesn't look THAT much smaller. Especially since he's wearing a black long sleeve shirt and you don't see him standing next to other NBA players (they're all skinny).

His face you can definitely tell some, but he looks more like he needs some sleep than he lost too much weight..

But if he come backs a few pounds lighter, and some of that explosiveness is back then I'm all for it. With how well his shot developed I doubt he plays PF much more, likely only post up if he has the mismatch.

LeBron posted this today, definitely not looking "sickly" skinny. It was definitely a bad picture.

Does seem like he got skinnier though, definitely. Although he will still look massive no matter how much weight he loses.

Can't wait to see if he's more explosive or not.

Windy also said LeBron played last season out of shape. His wedding and championship celebration I guess really took it's toll.

Like I thought, LeBron is cutting some weight to deal with those cramping problems he had last year.

Good for him he looks great. He's 6-8 with a big frame, he looks fine. He probably still weighs 250+

42 is retired in Cleveland.. I wonder if Kevin Love pick #24 instead.
