Since we don't have the ability to edit rosters I wish the fantasy matchup for quick games was there...I used the crap out of that feature in Live '10.. You could basically make your team from scratch right there and play....wouldn't be surprised if they got rid of it because it wasn't used much...

just had one of the most fun games ive played against the pacers. they didnt abuse the paint although they did score most of their points there. they took a lot of jumpshots also. i held them to 40% from the field and they shot horribly from beyond the arc. they never really forced the ball inside. i was double teaming west and hibbert on the catch which helped a lot and forced them to go back outside. luckily they werent hitting the threes. it just felt like a real game. it was pretty fast paced too. i had a lot of turnovers from dumb passes.

Is the top box score the final score?
58 of 79 in the paint and they weren't abusing?
Man I would hate to see the box score when they are

lol yea watson was 0/10 at the half so the second half was an improvement! also i just saw that he played 48 minutes so thats an issue. outside of that it was a really good game though.
like i said i still gave up a lot of points in the paint but they werent constantly going there. there was definitely still some cheese by the cpu but for the most part i felt that the points they scored down there were because of my onball defense. i bite too much on the sizeups lol. but their post players only scored 34. the other pip came from drives. i recorded the end of the game which ill put up when i get a chance.

One question, does this game has real time physics like Elite 11 was supposed to have? From what I see from several gameplay videos with the sliding, lack of physicality on the paint, warping it doesn't seem like it.
Also, after watching videos of Rising Star, why doesn't that mode have those features Elite's Become Legendary mode was going to have? At least the mode would've been more engaging than the barebones mode that it's now.

I dont know about Rising Star mode, but there are no RTP's this game...
IMO, as it stands now, the physics logic is pretty awful...I dont know how much it can be tweaked per a patch, but I dont expect it to get any closer to wheres its supposed to be until Live '15

To be honest, both games suffer with sliding and warping alot i think it something that plagues or will plague alot of sports games on next gen, Fifa 14 has it, NHL 14 has it on Xbox when i played it.
I guess its down to making the animations for a set move, but they might take x amount of seconds and the user does something else, so it just warps to compensate for it

Warping will be in games for the foreseeable future....so for me it’s more about the context its in...
I have more issue with physics like guards knocking centers down, animations pushing players that are in position back, animations that can’t be interrupted.

yea agree, my PG is 6'4 and has knocked over some centers when i can finally do a dunk which i don't like. 2k has that down pretty nice, although at times it can feel your stuck to a player.
Watching/Playing Fifa you can see the contact, i dont understand how they didnt get it right in NBA where the more contact then football

i dont recall backbreaker having warping/sliding issues. although i didnt play it much. player-player and player-ball interaction was one thing that game did phenomenally well. when that game came out i kept hoping they would do basketball with that engine.
I had quite possibly one of the most fun games of Live that I've experienced yet. Rockets vs my very custom Bobcats
I took over the Bobcats in Dynasty Mode, and the opening slide said that we're making some vast changes, starting today. I took that literally. I started trading basically everyone on the team. Ended up with a team full of rated 70's or below, almost all Kentucky Wildcat players.
I'll post the box scores and a couple of stats below.
I did not double Howard or Asik, at ALL. Noel really held his own against Howard. Daniel Orton also came off of the bench and had 4 blocks, really playing physical. Our philosophy is defense, since we're not a strong offensive squad by any means.
It came down to the final 30 seconds, and then they had to foul, and ended up building my lead through FT's. Knight fouled out midway through the 3rd, as I wasn't paying attention to my subs, and kept bringing him back in. Archie took over, scoring 12 pts in the 3rd.
Great game.

I was quite a bit 'of time that does not turn on the ps4, I wanted to ask other outputs are patches for nba live? I'm still at the third

Some of the stats for your game look spot on... some not so much.
FG% looked great! Number of foul shots is much improved. Rebounds, turnovers, assist, steals all looked great.
PIP are still wacked with this game. If this were the exception rather than the rule it wouldn't be an issue, but 75-80% PIP won't cut it - I know that a lot of this is on drives, but the game should be wired that if they see any kind of resistance they kick out.
I also noticed where the Rockets (with the number 1 three point attempts in the league) only took 4 three pointers. You would think Synergy would reflect this, particularly with the CPU controlled team.
