From what I've read elsewhere, Microsoft is pushing for this that's why you don't see PS4 there. I do believe PlayStation had something similar but without nba 2k14

If you don't want to do this then don't. It's pretty simple. For a person like myself I'm not going to get a Console until next yr, but when I do I don't want to keep the same game I have now. I would want to trade it in, but again this is me. Sounds like a good deal if you are just itching to play 2K.

So, does this apply to PS4 versions as well?

Damn Microsoft is greedy.

This is not too bad. You are basically renting the current gen version for 10 dollars and pay the full price for the new game when it comes out, just when it comes to payment.

This is not too bad. You are basically renting the current gen version for 10 dollars and pay the full price for the new game when it comes out, just in reverse when it comes to payment.

Great deal for me if gamestop picks this up... I have both pre-ordered 4 each system. I have no problem getting both at all

Gamestop is doing it for xbox one games Madden, nba2k, COD Ghost, and Battlefield. You can trade your game in for a 9.99 xbox one version. The catch you have to be a power rewards member.

Just buy 2k14 on 360/Ps3

Trade it in for $30 + 10% for a new game in store credit and get the next gen version for ~$30

I know
That's why with this gimmick you are gonna pay xbox1 NBA 2k14 70$ (60+10) instead of 60$
