Escape dribble pullups are gone?

I like how fake passes, pump fakes, jab steps are all believable move now. They look really great.

Im sorry if questions are not allowed, but I have seen nobody ask about the post game. How does it feel? Is it the same? Is the controls the same? Is the defensive post game improved?

Vastly different control scheme. You're gonna need some practice.

Liking it so far but i do hope there is an option for a "absolute" version so no matter where my player is on the court he will always cross left even i flock the stick left.

The lt for the shot stick i got down in like 4 games

This game is amazing, a couple of issues but they aren't stopping me from enjoying the game. The first couple of games were awkward because of the control change, but once I got the hang of it, I've seen so many extraordinary plays that I can't even pick a favorite.

Another thing I had to learn, was to not wiggle the control stick like a crazy person, and that the LS has there own dribbling moves. I was wiggling the stick because I wasn't used to it, and I couldn't read the defenders. If you wiggle the stick or try to cheese the game punishes you. The beauty of this game, even if the defender rides you(if your controlling Lebron or wade) the strength of your player or their speed you can still get past them.

Lebron is a bully, he throws his defender off balance because of his strength, wade uses the defender's momentum against him, Westbrook will just blow past you with his incredible speed. Durant has hit me with some moves that I smiled for because they were just like him, the cpu has taken a giant step forward as far as players playing as their real life counterpart.

The fact that this is a old build has me worried but hopeful at the same time. I hope the retail version is ten times better, but I'm worried that the retail version will play worse than this build. I'm going to be optimistic, and hope for the best.

Omg this game is great its so fluid feels like they combined all th good stuff from 2k11 and 2k12 ...the speed is perfect..players feel right...I tried spin cheering doesn't work..game is going to be great cant wait

I'm really loving the weight and momentum even thought the game is slower. The ability to explode to the basket makes it feel like a totally different game as well and the fast break is awesome. The strength of a guy like Lebron can really be felt too when driving.

CPU AI is pretty awesome as well on both sides of the ball they are really moving the ball around.

Only thing I really hate is the LT shot modifier that's gonna take some getting used too

On free throws, look at how low res the jerseys are. Man what happend to the graphics in this game?

Animations wise it looks great, but player faces, skin textures really took a step backwards.

I just saw the most true to life play ever.

I run pick and roll with Westbrook, beat my first man, attack the rim, miss the layup, but all the attention I drew gave Ibaka an easy put back.

That seriously happens like 3 times a game IRL for the Thunder.

Oh, and it took Westbrook a while to get up all sprawled on the floor afterwards.

D.Wade DeadEye shooter? Don't think so 2k. I wish they had a sig skill for weak side blocks because that's D.Wade all day

I played about a quarter this morning before work, and while it's a big improvement from last year, I was a little disappointed with the responsiveness of the right stick on the dribble. Does it seem a little laggy to anyone else or was it just me? I kept trying to quickly dribble left and right from a stand still position, and it just felt like the actual dribble move was always a split second behind my input. Can't wait to get more time in this evening though.

Only had time to fire the demo up for about a minute before I had to leave for work, but I LOVED the shot of Miami before tip off of the game. Even though I had already seen it in a video before, it looks very nice on your TV.

The players seem to handle very realisticly. There seems to be weight to these guys. Although there was no commentary, I think the atmosphere/presentation will be nice this year. Call it a gut feeling. I actually liked the menus as well

Whoa.. anyone have anyone get hurt in their game yet????? Ibaka just got hurt in mine and it was freaking awesome.

He gets the rebound lands on his ankle and falls to the floor ball rolls out the play is still live I scoop it up with Bron and score then the game stops and he leaves the game.
