NBA 2K13 Demo Available Now For 360 and PS3, Post Impressions Here

The NBA 2K13 demo is available now on the Marketplace for Xbox Live "GOLD" members (available next week for Silver). Most are getting it by searching for "2K13" or going to Genre ---> Sports and Recreation. You can also queue it up right here.

The PS3 demo arrives later this afternoon, we'll update this post when it's available.

UPDATE: PS3 demo is available now. If you don't see it, search for it.

The new controls take a little while to get used to, so make sure you check out the Controls trailer, we posted yesterday.

NBA 2K13 Demo Features:

Oklahoma City Thunder at Miami Heat
1 Five minute quarter
Quick Game and Online Quick Match. Can't invite friends, just random.
Can't change sliders, camera view, make substitutions or call plays
No commentary
Kinect enabled
943 MB

One thing I noticed that I hated last year is the jumping on pump fakes.
On 2k12 if some bit on a pump and u tried to go around them it's almost like the defender has a force field to slow u down and they could recover

Glad to say..... THIS IS GONE IN 2k13!!!!!

Oh no!!!!! I was in the demo losing by 1 with 7 seconds left. The other team had the ball but I stripped. Then when I had a wide open layup I forgot to push L2 and I dribbled out of bounds and lost

lol my fault. u can easily steal the ball when someones taking it up court. like Westbrook got it swiped from him 3 times from behind by Chalmers when he was bringing it up court.

Just filled in fake stuff in every single form. The only thing you need to do is use a real postal code - just google the postal code of the capital in the state you selected. The rest can be all fake, even the e-mail address.

Played a few games online...lol players stamina MATTER!! all that run n gun play is out the window it seems so far to me. I'm abusing players that are trying to turbo up and down the court every play..lol their players are getting tired and moving slow

I need to get used to the controls still but im very impressed 2K kudos!!

Oh man having to sit through the Control Stick tutorial before every quarter isn't going to be fun.

I expressed a lot of optimism about the new controls in an earlier post but turns out I was really wrong, I'm TERRIBLE right now lol. I can't get to the rim even. Luckily LeBron got hot from mid-range so I only lost by 4.

Does anybody kno if its possible to euro without double x, and so far ive done it 3 strait times against a cpu n made it hopefully its just the diff.

There's a controls thread that Mike Wang started which has all the controls, even the ones where you use the RS instead of the face buttons.
