No Crew Mode For NBA 2K13

During a recent interview with US Sports Down Under, NBA 2K13 Producer, Erick Boenisch let the cat out of the bag, as he confirmed no Crew Mode for NBA 2K13. This marks the second year in a row Crew Mode will not be featured in the game.

	We didn�t have time to add a crew mode this year, but its definitely something we will be looking at moving forward because the demand is certainly there.

My god i must be to much of a fan to give a crap about some fantasy video gamer modes. 2k PLEASE FOCUS ONLY ON GAMEPLAY!!!!! Do not cater to these video gamers, CATER TO THE NBA FANS OF THE SPORT!!!! FOCUS 2k!!!!!!

This is crazyyyyy how so many casuals are in here. I swear man this is why 2k will take a FALL sooner or later. They no longer focus on stricktly GAMEPLAY improvements anymore, their focused on game modes and gamer ideas. This is why we have all theese glitches & bugs. 2k needs to go back to the underground, they are way to commercial now.....ALL these people cying about a GAME MODE, and not focused on what really matters, and thats GAMEPLAY, STATS, ATMOSPHERE, frame rate on movements, timing...there is so much more important things to speak on and we are here crying about something called "CREW"....what the hell is crew anyway

2k will fall....and it will be because they went POP and forgot about where they came from.

IM A FAN FIRST!!! and a gamer 2nd.......i dont want fun & giggles with friends. I WANT THE NBA GAME!!!

Was there an online game mode in 2k12 where you can go into online as a party with friends and play with actual teams instead of virtual pros? If not I think that would be a pretty good alternative to crew mode and you can still play with friends instead of joining a quick game and hoping you get on the same team.

Who said I won't buy it? I will most definitely buy NBA 2K13. Crew is the best and most fun mode imo, but it's other things I play and I am looking forward trying an Online Association this year.

why do we as consumers cry so much im happy with what 2k is doing i mean come on guyes so crew mode isnt there who cares play the other modes we want a million dollar game for 64 dollars at the end of the day every one will get 2k13 or go play nbalive 10 if you want .we have to sacrifice on something and il give up crewmode for game play any day

i watched the gameplay footage and i notice something new everytime .for kobe fans you all know how call calls for the basketball he hisses twice and the play in that footage kobe got open off of a screen and did the hiss thats what i like f crew

Man i swear im going to make a yutube page dedicated to the "FANS FIRST" type of gamers. People who only care about what the sport gives to us. They dont care about creating themselves, or online team up or crew, or online gaming with people who exploit or cheese.

Real fans like me who cant bare to see the game played NO OTHER WAY than what we see on TV. Fans who want a true, dedicated, realistic ideal STATS for every single game. People like me cant even stand playing a buddy if he makes the game look strange, that experience will tell my brain that im playing a video game. People like me who's intentions are to only capture A REAL LIFE SITUATION.

FAN FIRST VIDEO GAMERS ONLY WANT A VITUAL EXPERIENCE WITH THAT SPORT......

tricks are for kids...I WANT VIRTUAL REALNESS lol, if that makes any sense

why no tiers for sig skills outside of my career? wtf? so kemba walker off the dribble is gonna be as effective as kobe or wade? and lin is gonna be as much of a floor general as chris paul?! come on now 2k.

That's not how it works.

It changes probability and percents off of each player's individual ratings. So, the higher rating will still do the skill at a higher rate, etc.

but something like floor general or defensive anchor will still give all players on his team that same boost no?

I find it hillarious its so much negative feed back bout crew mode, who cares i know all the people I play 2k wit really dont care or will really miss this mode. Its too many new features and gameply changes to cry about one mode. If u a true sim basketball player this wont even matter.

To all those who say they aren't getting the game or they are let down etc. etc. should be ashamed! The game looks amazing in every respect, so what if they haven't added a Crew mode? The online sucks *** anyway in NBA 2k ... the game will reign supreme regardless. Imo it's a relief, i can do without the constant barrage of people who waste hours online and then attempt to tell me i 'suck' or call me a 'noob' because i do other things besides play videogames and therefore haven't 'mastered' it ...
