No I am talking about 4 of the most important games of any NFL season. You go to you best players in the play-offs. You are only dismissing it because it shows that when the Giants went to Nicks when it mattered most. But continue to ignore any and all facts that don't support your Cruz is better than Nicks notion. Just like anyone else you are more than entitled to your opinion.

Why does everyone always act like nicks is meat? He was the best receiver on the team the past two years, Cruz had a great year last year cause no doubled him for the first 8 weeks of the season... As for the list I would put Gronk behind Andre Larry an Charles

Just follow up, I'm a giants fan so I don't really care about the argument for who's better cause I'm glad there both on the team I root for but nicks needs to start getting a lil bit more respect imo

Tight ends look fine, I would either bump Graham up an OVR, or bump Vernon down one OVR, I don't think they are equal.
You are telling me that the only reason that he out runs defenders and runs 99 yards to tie the longest touchdown reception in nfl history is because of tom brady. That is completley a joke that you even said that and the guy that was the reason for the 99 yard TD got cut the next week. You tell me when a system reciever can embarrass someone like that. He has great speed and great hands. Sure he dropped that wide open pass in the super bowl but that was also a bad throw for a simple pass from tom brady. He aslo produces unbelievable yards after catch stats that no other reciever right now produces. Calvin johnson might be good but wes welker has had the most recieving yards since 2007 than any other wide reciever. You can't say a wide reciever is only good because of their quarterback that is just a load of crap.

Welker averages about 11 yards per reception in New England. Where are all those run after catch yards exactly. He takes a 5 yard route and gets 6 more yards?

Blahah put LB's on Fitz or the 2 Johnsons and you will see them running for 99 yard td's. I mean come on. He drop a WIDE OPEN PASS to clinch the SB. It wasn't a bad throw. It hit him dead center in BOTH HANDS. You telling me anyone else on that list going to drop that pass? Huh no.......

you look at that replay and you tell me that he didn't have to turn around and jump to get that. The reason Fitz and johnson would catch those passes is because they are a deep threat and are over 6 feet tall. You are also Biased against overlook undrafted wes welker. Show me stats that prove Wes Welker sucks! You say gronkowski is not better than larry fitzgerald but actually last season Gronk has 17 touchdowns and Fitz had 8. Fitz also only beat Gronk in total yards by just 84 yards. Uh yeah......

No you go look at the reply. I will say if it was over thrown, but it hit him DEAD CENTER in both hands. Not finger tips, dead in his hands and he drop it. If he was elite, he would catch it. Sorry man the Brady threw a bad pass is just an excuse people try to make for him dropping a wide open catch.

Edit: Yea i'm like sooo biased because I said the other 9 guys would catch that, including Gronk...

Your telling me this is not hard for a 5' 9" wide reciever turning all the way to the opposite side he was facing falling backwards.

Ok we are both right in different ways but i still think he should be a 97 if Gronk is.

Tell me this is not at least true. Also how did you save the video (i'm serious)

I think everyone is overrated really lol. I just don't like the ratings. If Calvin is the highest than he should be like 94-96 and everyone else drop 3-5 points each (yea i'm hard rater on overalls lol).

For the video just go to youtube than hit the share button and there is a Embed button, hit that and than copy and paste. Works great

That's my take on it at least. We'll never know for sure.
I am a HUUUGE patriots fan and i think tom kind of screwed it up. But then again our secondary sucked at the end

Wasn't a great throw by brady but anytime a pass hits you in both hands you are supposed to hang on to it.... For years I've hated welker but respect for him has finally come, I mean you don't put up consistent numbers without being pretty good... I know he benefits from his qb, the other talent around him an the system, but it does work both ways

All I took from this is Wes welker an great speed doesn't belong in the same sentence. He's quick, that's it.

Whoever would seriously take Gronk over Fitzgerald needs to have their football IQ checked! Seriously...

# 139 raiderphantom @ 08/14/12 06:41 PM
Cruz is a dynamic playmaker but Nicks IS the Giants best WR and belongs up there. I'm guessing Jennings is close or he really got snubbed. Although I bet in a year a few more WR's will pass Jennings.

I just wish they took multi season franchise (or whatever it's called) into account when rating these guys so high...

Makes for a league full of "99" guys by year three...
