On the TD play, the safety looked completely oblivious...hopefully this is on varsity or something because that's inexcusable.
Wish the fix the jersey sleeves.... I'm not a detail nazi but this bothers me. The loose sleeves should droop that low at all. weird looking.

But honestly i've used Stadium Sounds and turned off the commentators for past few years now.
IMO the best atmosphere in NCAA Football is simply let the PA announcer call everything and then crank up the Stadium Sounds it adds so much more than anything EA can deliver at this point with regular brodcasting.

I'll check for crowd noise again when I get back to a computer but I def didn't hear any improvement.
The play where the player gets tackled out of bounds on the right hand side, the crowd cheers after the tackle instead of during the play. It's so jarring.

The crowd sounds dead and uninterested.
You'd think the stadium would be rocking for a conference game against the #8 team in the country.

What else would make my day is if they let you put in a shuffled playlist for the stadium sounds. That way you can have more than 1 3rd down or kickoff song. They can do this in NHL, it would be great to see it in NCAA.

if the NCAA 13 team isnt sandbagging us i believe they are digging their own grave this year ..i couldnt be less impress with this video and im not the only one obviously..it really might be the 1st year in a long time that this game is a no-go for me...roster updates on ncaa 12 are gonna be a hot ticket i think
in this economy for a $60 yearly game..im not seeing much as far as improvements or innovations.....those guys should be giving us what we want NOT what they want to do...
.....i just dont get it

That crowd isn't too bad, IMO. Plus, they probably have the default settings, and you can make the crowd louder with the sound options.

To be honest.....it looks like NCAA 12 with studio updates. The grass still looks too bright and fake. I prefer how the grass looked in NCAA 11.
Player models still look the same.
Animations still look the same, only sped up.
People still move around with no type of weight to them at all. Players still changing directions on a dime.
No pass rush from the Defensive Ends and they still playing patty cake with the offensive tackles.
Crowd sounds the same too. I would have thought it would be MUCH louder then that after a TD for USC at HOME.
Commentary sounds the same as well. Way too much dead space in between plays. It does not FLOW like a natural conversation would between 2 people watching a game. They need to talk through out.
Not going to lie it looks like NCAA 12 with a ESPN ticker and studio update patch. I am still waiting to see what the hype is about.
Show me a CPU vs CPU game between Georgia Tech and Oregon. If the CPU can run the option effectively, I will be impressed. But this right here.....is nothing but NCAA 12 with a patch from the videos I am seeing.

I was wondering this about last year's game, but have they taken gang tackles out of the game? I mean I know they have plays where guys break a tackle and the animation branches into them getting hit by another guy coming in, but in NCAA 12 and this video I never see multiple tacklers latching on to a player anymore.
Not really impressed at all with the video. Looks like '12, which felt stale.

I don't care about Human gameplay anymore. I want to see CPU AI behavior and how CPU teams perform on their own.
But i'm afraid EA will not release videos of this because it could hinder sales.
I mean think about it if they show a team like Georgia Tech and the CPU can't execute the option that would be bad business for them IMO.
Also if the CPU QB doesn't scramble life like how do you think we will respond on these boards?
EA is famous for only showing videos they want to market and most of those recently have not been what has transpired on the field for the actual gameplay.
But then again we are the minority the casual gamer doesn't a give crap about how the CPU plays.
This is a era for online gamming and EA caters their game to fit that mode the best.
I'm afraid the days of seeing NCAA CPU AI behave like NCAA 06 is over now.

Thoroughly unimpressed. Studio updates are cool, but the commentary and crowd were as dead as ever. Looks like a patched version of 12. A few fixes here and there and that's it. Cool for some, but I've really grown tired of this gen of EA football. Wouldn't be so bad if I enjoyed the presentation, but I think it's awful. Probably notice the changes more after you play, but still seems like it'd get stale. I'd get the game for 25 bucks though.
