The stadium looks very plain and boring to me. Guess I'll have to avoid using an NL East team this year.
By the looks of it, I'm guessing we won't have a choice to have open/closed stadiums....hopefully they work on it (lighting) for next year.
Nice stadium but that homerun pinwheel is silly. After all its Florida.
Jose Reyes is wearing a different cleat.
That makes 3 different cleats in the game.

Take away that ugly Home Run pin wheel (Loria calls himself a art collector..UGH) and not bad. One thing I noticed they finally updated Josh Johnsons motion. THANK YOU SCEA !!

The Stadium was one of the reasons I was thinking of using Miami this year.
However it looks so boring and lifeless. Cant quite put my finger on it . Almost sterile.
The home run thing is all kinds of insane/awesome but even that doesnt lift it. It just looks out of place in such a clean looking stadium.
hmmm just shows you how good the likes of AT&T and Camden yards really are.
This vid has made up my mind. I'm rolling with Baltimore this year

It's way better then Sun Life so there's that for all you complaining lol.
You can criticize it, but I love that I can play at home in an actual park and not have a gigantic wall in LF.
That said tho, it looks a lot better outside the game then in the game from what i've seen.

The stadium might look a bit different come opening day than it looks in the game.

It's really not one of the prettiest stadiums in the league. Agree with merchant1874. It looks sterile and lifeless indeed.

Just guessing here, but that homerun thing, isn't it supposed to be underwater, and then when a homerun is hit it comes out of the water? I don't know? Anyone know for sure?
Also, very disappointing to not have the glass panes opened up to see the city, if that is from the final product.

The Zone analog batting and pulse pitching videos just below are amazing.

Just a guess here but I bet Sony adds in the city backround in MLB 13 The Show.
And as far as I know the homerun thing isn't supposed to be underwater at all.

not sure i've ever seen a stadium with so much 'flare' but not much 'life'. don't mean that to be a shot on SCEA as much as on the stadium.
one thing i never quite understood is when teams choose the color of their outfield wall to be a color that clashes with their team color. If the a team color is turquoise...the walls shouldnt be green...right?

I guess you're right, I can't find any info saying that the thing is supposed to pop up like the apple in NY. I can't believe they built that thing out there to stand erect all the time, very disappointing Mr. Loria.
