NBA 2K12 Patch Available Now For 360, Soon For PS3 (Post Your Online Issues Here)

The NBA 2K12 patch is available now for 360 owners and in the coming days for the PS3. If you are following along with Ronnie2K on Twitter, you will see some of the details, as listed below.

Make sure you leave details on your online experience, after the patch.

i can play quick games just fine. almost every association game i've played since the patch has resulted in a network error.

Online has been pretty much lag free from what I've been playing so far. Input lag has always been the biggest issue and it seems like that's been corrected, at least sometimes.

Offline performance has also remained the same for me but a lot of other people seem to be having performance issues post patch.

Is there a way to delete the patch? The game lags so much offline now. Ridiculous!

Get Online to work for PC...
- Not able to connect to any player via quick match or team up
- benchmark does not save for Online Association, so head to head runs with 15 fps

Same here, but in my online association with about 12 others, it only seems to happen to me for some reason.....no one else gets the dreaded NE

For the record: Publishers get their money upfront when they sell the game wholesale to the chain stores and distributors who supply small independent stores, those stores then sell it retail to you. The money you spend goes to Gamestop, Best Buy, Target, Mom-and-Pop independently owned store, etc. 2K got their money long before that...unless you purchased it directly from their site.

Just a pet peeve of mine.

On-topic: I downloaded the patch yesterday just to give it one more look to make sure this isn't a placebo effect, and it's not...

I had to delete everything again, clear the cache, and go to my backup save of my MP. For all of the good the patch is said to do for the online experience, it cripples the offline gameplay.

I can't even play online association games against my friends, we always get the "network error" message after 1 or 2 minutes.

I've been saying this for the last 3 years, but this is the last year that I buy nba 2k on release date, this is ridiculous

Quick update from Ronnie on twitter....

"The PS3 patch was released Internationally. Am getting asked from multiple of you guys about it, so something fishy. Looking into.."

Something is up as nobody has got it yet...
