NCAA Football 12 Title Update #2 - Waiting on Approval From Microsoft and Sony

The NCAA Football 12 title update #2 has made it through internal certification and waiting on approval from Sony/Microsoft.

According to EA, the update is hitting a bit later than expected to address a few additional stability issues that will improve the experience.

No other details have been released, but we'll update this topic when it happens.

They told us it was going to come earlier than the 7th

I haven't played since early August. Still on hold in year one of my Dynasty. My poor players are gonna cramp up whenever I get started again.

Kind of a let down, don't think I can get much lower anyway. So I'll just keep checking for the forums to blow up then I'll know it has dropped.

It would be nice if the community manager had sent some sort of communication to MS or Sony for an update on the patch, and then passed word along to us.

here's the garbage their feeding me after I had an email confirmation that the patch was to be released today. If it wasn't for my buds loving this game I would have traded this junk in weeks ago, at this point I really don't care if little boys believe me or not, I just want my damn OD patched.

Well I don't know the exact truth but I don't thin he would lie to me but...my brother contacted a rep for NCAA Games and stated that the patch will be out on sept. 19 th for xbox and sept 22 for ps3. Guess this is open to debate but as all of you I am waiting to enjoy this game to the fullest, until then I will continue to play two hand touch

hmmm....if that's the truth I may bag it....FIFA would be coming out not long after that and NCAA would be put on the shelf.

Disappointing.

So i was looking around the EA forums and saw this post from 9/1 15:53

At the time we do not have any estimated time on a resolution for the "Transfer Failed" issue. We are gathering information to send to the Developers.

Any additional information that could be provided, game mode, error messages, console, etc., would be greatly appreciated.

This is beyond ridiculous...and just think, NCAA 13 is gonna be the same damn thing all over again. NEVER thought I'd say it but, man I wish 2Ksports made football games..

There has been no official statement on a release date. All EA has said was that they hoped to have it out by the end of August.

Sorry I was under the impression that one of the reasons this patch was delayed, was becuase they were adding this as a fix.
But if this patch does not fix this issue("Transfer failed"), then the game will still be almost unplayable (for ODs). I have won 2 NC but because of this issue, it never saves.
