Just stop overreacting.
Certainly agree with this. The dribbling animations and momentum look much better imo than 2k10.

NO SLIDING !!!! looks like footplanting has been signifigantly improved. Oh and the presentation is absolutely beautiful!
Its not the players its the game. I dont think the Heat were user controlled. Marion does a running kick out to Haywood right over Joel Anthony. In real life that pass is easily intercepted. Anthony makes a bad play on it and leaves Haywood with a lane for dunk that nobody fills. With the Marion dunk and layup LeBron just moved out of the way. The Mavs werent forcing it the CPU was just playing terrible defense and giving him the basket NBA 2k style.

So its not just my eyes!

Looks good to me. What was that thing that pop up on Kidd's head when he was on defense. It looked like a bubble with X's and O's. I wonder what it was related to. May be he was calling out a defensive set? Actual "visual" Play calling?

I would love to see that 2 but I Imagine that would be such a difficult change involving all animations involved so I can deal.

Really excited about this game.

It's like people expect a 100% new game each and every year. Or they're just trolling.

Either way, that "Looks the same" stuff gets tired.

I LOVE the new presentation overlays and how the sports ticker is safely nestled away in the corner of the screen, where it belongs. Really wish someone that cares about playing the game right on the sticks. So I could see some jumpers.

Gotta add

+ love the fact Wade dribbled off his leg after trying to push the ball into pressure, turnovers without steals being recorded always good for sim stats, yes!

+ two handed dunks in the the half court setting goes a long way in the realism of an NBA game, go hard in the paint.

looks like a dunk fest. CPU doesn't tip any lazy passes, and they leave the lane wide open.

Lets hop this is due to the "casual" setting being on opposed to the simulation setting.

A Mod should include in the title that the Game Style is on Casual. Pared can you do this to prevent confusion?

# 55 convince @ 08/18/10 02:47 PM
I have to agree the courts looks small even compare to 2k10. I wonder if they redid the player models w/o resizing the floor proportionally.

from the insight...

Casual: This is the setting you want if you like up and down play with lots of dunks and highlight moments. There won’t be a whole lot of stoppages and you’ll see higher scoring across the board. Arcade-style play is probably the best way to describe it.

Court Spacing is The Only Problem....Other Than That Everything Else Looks Good Player Models Look Similar To 2K9 Which Is Good Players Were Kinda Small in 2K10 imo

Don't even bother trying, the ****ing sky has fallen in some peoples mind. All over a two minute demo vid in which no one took a jumpshot, isomotion move, or attempted to work the ball around.
