NBA 2K11 Issues "The Jordan Challenge" with 2 New Michael Jordan Screenshots

USA Today just announced "The Jordan Challenge" for NBA 2K11.

	"Gamers will not only control Jordan, but some of the classic Bulls teams of the '80s and '90s. The games have been recreated to authentically mirror the appearance of arenas and players from that era. Among the Jordan highlights featured: -- 1990 vs. Cleveland Cavaliers. Jordan scored a career high 69 points in an 117-113 overtime win. -- 1992 NBA Finals. In Game 1 against the Portland Trail Blazers, Jordan scored 35 points in the first half, draining a record six 3-pointers. -- 1997 NBA Finals. Battling a stomach virus, Jordan scored 38 points in a pivotal Game 5 victory against the Utah Jazz."

Yes!!!! Finally sounds like we get some classic teams and arenas. I hope we unlock the teams by beating them so they remain playable

It's ok... Not as big as everyone is gonna make it out to b.. If dis da only news den I'm dissapointed but I firgued it had sumthing to do wit Jordan n classic team.. Don't get me wrong.. Dis is good of course.. But it is def nothing groundbreaking for me.. How bout they say something about Online n where they heading in the online direction.. I mean yea Jordan is great but I been playing witout Jordan for years now so I really can care less

Thanks Steve....Are you excited as me? I put this right next to the time "the other game" back in 2003. Put MJ and to play with him. You had to beat him in a one on one street game. It took my cousins, my friends and I 3 whole months to beat him. 3 whole months....SMH...We went day and night at MJ.

I'm pretty exicted though...

Freaking awesome feature, man. Reminds me of the 25th anniversary feature from NFL 2K5, where you had to "recreate" classic NFL moments. Except now we'll get actual authentic players and arenas in this feature. Also, I'm going to assume they'll have nearly every pair of Jordan shoes in the game.

dude. Its July man. LOL. The game doesn't come out till October, I mean Madden comes out in like 2 weeks and theres an embargo.

I was never a huge Jordan fan, IM more of a Reggie Miller guy being a Pacers fan, but this seems like something that I could see myself wasting a few hours trying to meet ll the goals,etc. Im in.
