I've notice some have said the game seems easy on highest level.

Keep in mind that demo and pre-shipped rosters have players attributes rated very high. From a ratings posting earlier in the thread, OU had many player's in the 90's, so in order to get/have a high TEAM rating, there must be a bunch of high rated player's.

From what everyone is saying, once pre-shipped player's are edited to their respective real Star (1-5) rating as the in-game generater woiuld have created them, games will become more difficult without all the high 80-90'ish player's on one team.

Especially with lower teams not having the same kind of Player SPD/ACC up and down the roster as Power schools.

Sounds great, hope many post vid's of their games.

for mention about little bugs guys are finding I think we all must just keep in mind this is a DEMO. I sure this is not a 100% complete.

-At the end of the Mizzou/Clemson game, there's a HUGE patch of grass that's noticeably out of place; it clips an entire side of the endzone, I'm assuming it's used for intros.

-And of course the play of the game being the downed ball play.
Yeah, I've noticed the scoring drive glitch as well as the effed up field post game.

These are all pretty noticeable so I'm sure (please God) that EA caught these before going gold.

Beat Mizzou 13-10 with Clemson, i turned the ball over on an option (had Tahj Boyd in at QB) giving them the ball back to start the 4th quarter, held them just outside of fg range for the win...it was intense.

Beat OU 13-12 on a FG as time expired with Texas. Tied at 10 they punted to me, I decided to let it bounce thinking it would reach the endzone...it didn't, went out just inside the 1. They stuffed my RB for a safety, I held them to 4 and out then got the ball back with about a minute and a half left. I got to 4th and 12 or 13 around my own 35 and went for it and converted! Got down to the 3 before I kicked the FG to win.

The other 2 games weren't anything special, but they were fun. I have al lthe jerseys unlocked. I'm really liking the demo, I'm about to play some more as Clemson.

It's not about it being in the 3rd, it has to do with total time left in the game (~3 minutes). In NCAA 10 make quarters 1-2 minutes long and be up at halftime by a TD or two. If you receive the ball, on the first drive in the 2nd quarter the CPU will most likely call TO's.

I played the first game on AA. I used osu. Won 21 to 3 and seemed like it was very easy to run. Switch it to heisman and that made a huge difference. Won both games but it was close and I used Mizz and Tex. Love this game already though.

The Good:
-The presentation is really good. ESPN, Team Entrances, shots of fans. When it was raining the fans had coats and long sleeves!.
-Locomotion is great. Feels really good.
-Run blocking actually works! In heisman the computer could still stop you. It seemed like the skills of the players mattered though. It didn't seem like the cpu was just cheating. Draw plays work!!!!
-Love the loft of the passes. When you through a ball over the middle the middle lb doesn't jump like super man to make and int. The Qb's passes seem way more realistic, as far as loft. The ball actually spins in the replays.
-The wrs catching seems to be fixed. Drag their feet on the sidelines, The rb doesn't run right out of bounds when he catches it in the flats, the rec move up the field after a catch.
-Not as easy to rush the passer with the de. That is good though since I got about 20 sack a year with an left de i used in dynasty mode in 10.
-The fg kicks seem to look a lot more realistic.
The Bad:
-Not much.
-The sidelines during the game are still terrible. The player standing there look horrible.
-The plays of the game are always the last play of the game. Probably just because its a demo.
-Announcers seem to be the same. At least no more corso! I don't mind the announcers that much anyway.

I can't believe this is a demo! Very fun , can't wait for game to come out. First day buy for me.

Beal was very very overrated to begin with.

Playing as Clemson against mizzou, their kicker nailed two FG's, one from 55 and one from 57 yards, both with room to spare... in the rain.

The field goal kickers are super powered as usual, but that's what sliders are for.

pretty sure the play of the game in the demo will always be the last play. don't think it saves each play(or at least each big play) like in the full game, so the only play "on file" is the last play.

I have a Reese's fetish so I'm worried the game may hurt that.

just Brad and Kirk. Erin will be in the game on the sideline, although I don't recall hearing her in the demo.

Another question...does the D-line block every ball thrown on a rope like last year as well

# 419 Tully @ 06/14/10 01:42 PM
The playcalling isn't a big issue. But the replay change isn't very good at all. It actually takes something away from scoring touchdowns. Does anyone know if there is going to be a way to switch to the older replay?
