NBA Elite 11 Announcers: Mark Jackson, Jeff Van Gundy and Mike Breen

According to the Associated Press, NBA Elite 11 will have a new announcing team that includes Mark Jackson, Jeff Van Gundy and Mike Breen.

Its not really WHO it is...b/c you cant do much better then Marv IMO....Its the execution...either way, cant wait to see how it turns out...

24th I am with you on execution however for me this year its more about who its not. Crimeny if anyone needed to retire from live it was Marv and that lifetime contract he has had with live. GOODNIGHT we've been hearing from him in live for SOME time now...LOL

3 man booth should add alot. I am looking forward to seeing how well this is executed and if they went for the depth of script that nbatoday made available.

Same here. We've never had a 3 man booth in basketball so this is the biggest news for me.

Glad that there is a new team, sad that there are people who actually enjoy Mark Jackson's lines yet somehow dislike Van Gundy. Wonder if you guys also enjoyed "That should be against the Law, Son!" or from last night's game "Ko-be, or not Ko-be".

I hope they put their official theme song for the intro. That always gets me
hyped up when I watch ESPN on TV.

I think they will do a good job on the commentary. We know they added these guys, but who will be the sideline reporters.

And will they have pre-game, half-time and post-game commentators as well.

Even a weekly wrapup or nightlightly wrapup crew from ESPN.

So many possibilities.

I would considering buying this if they throw in the ESPN presentation and have the ABC logo on certain sunday games and the Finals.

I have a feeling that a big announcement is espn presentation. With both NCAA games having it I feel like it's making it's way around the EA sports games with the exception of madden.
