EA Sports have posted another NCAA Football 11 blog. This one showcases the pregame entrances.

As I wrote in my last blog, we really wanted to strengthen our authenticity and presentation in NCAA 11. And to do that, we knew pregame entrances were a major component of building a great foundation. We've created run outs for some of the most popular schools based on who you pledged your loyalty to in last year's title, including Clemson, Notre Dame, Miami, Nebraska, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia Tech, Florida State, and more."

I know some took issue with their entrance being exactly right from watching the video(Iowa comes to mind). The video was just about entrances in general not the specific authentic ones. Wouldn't surprise me if some of Big Ten teams featured were part of the generic ones we will see(Iowa, Michigan State, Illinois, Wisconsin).

I know the blog mentioned and American Flag for Iowa but plenty of schools do that. Could be part of the generic template. Don't know which would be worse though. A screwed up authentic one or a generic one.

there's also a good chance the Iowa entrance will get fixed based on community feedback like they did with some of the mascots

I would guess that the rest will have some sort of generic one. like in last-gen(well that is probably a bad example, there wasn't many "authentic" entrances in last-gen). also the bands from last year had generic ones for the teams that didn't send in their routines, so I would guess it'll be similar to that(that the rest would get generic entrances).

Kinda surprised they didn't have Notre Dame's "Play Like a Champion Today" entrance...that's probably one of the more well-known ones, but the ones they do have are excellent, and I'm sure they will be adding more to the fold. It looks incredible.

Very Nice. Im interested on how they will do bowl game entrances and generic entrances for the teams that didnt get specific entrances...

I doubt this is in but one of the best entrances is ECU coming out of the pirate ship with the cannons shooting, purple smoke, with purple haze by jimi hendrix. really sends chills down the spine in person,.

Idk if this has been said bc i havent gone through all 32 pages lol but I just hope you dont see the same entrance every single time you play. When playing with ur fav team it would get old if u see the same exact cutscene every single time. Hopefully they have diff camera angles to switch things up a bit and add and cut a few scenes out here and there. prob asking too much...
