Jersey numbers not fixed.

Faces look good from what I can tell.

No announcers in demo

No extra innings

Easy to pitch

In 3 games no HRs

Players look kind of arcade-ish

Runs smooth..

Game throws different pitchers at you..like that.

Hit 2HR's off Burnett with Rollins and Howard...Howard was a moon shot! No replays!

Ok, just hit my 3rd HR with Werth and they showed a replay. Looks nice.

Game runs damned smooth.
Me neither but also gotta consider we're facing either sabathia or halladay.

I like it so far i hit two homerun my first game off contact swings i thought i had one wit jeter but jason werth robbed me my only gripe was nick swisher got the pepsi clutch performer of the game and he was 0-1 with a groundout

Game isn't bad...But 2k needs to go back to the drawing board on stances, they are TERRIBLE now.

Game is gonna be really good next year when the tighten it up completely.

First impression:

The game play looks fun, and the lighting is improved.

+ Love the pitching
+ Bat sound
+ Presentation
+ Animation is better compared to 09

- Players running on base path.. Looks awkward
- Jersey numbers on Phillies jersey are too big

I hit 2 HR's one of the HR was a walk off by Teixeira. It's probably on rookie level though.

Can someone talk about pitching......has it improved any over the last few years or is it still pretty much pinpoint all the time?

Depends on gesture.

However, I understand what you're referring to. It's not High Heat style. I miss on gesture a bit. If you're right on, it'll go exactly as you wish. If you miss a bit (on gesture), you'll miss a tad in location as well. Halladay has fantastic control, I haven't pitched with him yet, about to do that now and see if there is a difference between him and Sabathia (who has decent control, but not as good as Halladay).

Besides playing the two teams I hate the most. I think we finally have a Baseball game for the 360.

Loving the shadows. Played three games and the shadows ere differnt in all.

Bat sound. Still not the best but atleast they got rid of that horrid sound they always had.

Faces. Well, still not great.

The animations look great, from swinging to pitching to running. Still some quirks but not a problem.

I actually like the defensive swing.

So far the batting stances seem spot on.

Jersey numbers look awful. Way to big. Even in the video with the Mets & Cubs.

LOVE the batting view. I been using that view since MVP 05.

Pitch (gesture) analyzer too! Now, I know what I'm doing wrong. I'm also happy that we can use buttons to choose pitches with right stick gesturing. Good move . . .

This is true.

Can't use a XBOX Live Gameplay card either. It has to be actual membership (1 month trial is fine). Also, boxart isn't present. It'll just say the game underneath a default XBOX Live box. Good luck!

It's so smooth. After last year's disaster, can't believe it. It's beautiful.

EDIT: You have to switch it for both batting and pitching using LT / RT.

Has anyone tried to check swing, wonder if it has been squeezed in the demo....
