Just a few things I noticed from a couple games is it seems a tad better shooting with the right stick. Cpu passing is smarter on the drive, but they still shoot to good from the 3pt line IMO.

One small gripe is the empty ticker "banner" that won't leave my gameplay window even though I have all ticker settings OFF.

(XBox360) Won't bother me at all! Just black tape it on your TV.

I tried to play a regular quick game instead of the NBA Today quick games that I usually play and I know the patch said that on quick game that you can play with injured players and I looked at Yao Ming and he still has injured stats. Am I doing something wrong or what?

Yes the empty Ticker Banner is a problem... I leave it off because while playing its distracting...

But it is WAY more distracting to have a big empty thing at the bottom.

Noone notice this in beta testing this patch??

I notice a difference already. I'm playing in my association and those lazy passes are all being picked off. You have to make smart passes now. Lebron go a wide open dunk off a steal. He was the only person on that end of the court. I had never seen that.

I just checked if it's true, and I saw that you can now add injured players to rotations, but they stay with the injured overall rating...

does this mean that those players are gonna play worst because of their overall, or do they play like if they were healthy? because in the 1st case the patch would be completely useless...

Didn't see anything about winning the finals and then it freezing on your 2nd season getting fixed?? Anybody know if this was fixed? Also did patch remove clones from current my player games?

Yes,I am playing an existing association and the changes are great, the CPU actually misses open shots on a regular, you are getting alot more block shots, point in the paint are harder especially when you are defensed well, alot more steals and fewer alleys

Crowd and arena sound goes totally silent way too often. Very distracting.

Sound is worse than before.

Not saying the patch is bad, but it really hurts the realism from an audio standpoint. When it happens it sounds like an empty gym. For long periods at a time.

Yeah the patch has not fixed the issues with the crowd which is disappointed.

sean im expecting another update roster from with players being sign , release and trade.

I notice cpu defense have improve there no more alley hoop and lazy pass.

for all you not happy with the patch, i think its great. i think they did a real good job. no more crazy assists, no more points in the paint trouble, cpu offence and defence plays smarter aswell as user cpu on defence. heres some stats from a game im playing right now.
its half time. Default sliders on HOF. only foul sliders have been changed.

FG% - 60% - 45% (ive been taking smart shots, but i guarantee this will drop in 2nd half)

overall so far , i think the game plays very realistic with no slider tweaks on hall of fame. im getting double teamed more, and kicking out to the open man. they are making smart passes. not draining so many tough 3's. overall i think its a great game gameplay wise at the moment. this is just my opinion.

Ok..is there a way to erase the patch?

The crowd noise going in and out is just distracting the heck out of the experience. It was better before.
