If you liked the game in the state it was last year, I don't see how you can NOT like the game this year.

They improved on '09. The offensive handling of the rock is well done and there are now some team styles implemented in the game. Freestyle passing is worth a look and really leads to some fun moments.

Great Review... One of my favorite aspects of Live 10 is the arena audio... might be the most immersive in-game sound since Super Metroid...

If you try to do too much you will really get screwed. It's rewarding to me to get owned by Superstar's logic and defense... and not feel like they are making cheat shots. I'd rate this game 9 out of 10 for gameplay. 8 out of 10 (currently) for online due to lack of ranked team play, slight lag at times (which really affects free throws!), the lack of fatigue (and the auto subbing in teamplay), and lack of manual post up. 8.5 -Smak

We should all be glad there is 2 decent basketball games making us question which one is the best or we'd be stuck with a pretty lame game like this years madden or even worse forced to buy a PS3 so you can have a good baseball game LOL I hope EA LIVE becomes better then 2K10 one day. AS LONG AS ITS BETTER I'LL BUY ANYONES GAME. AND BETTER IS ALWAYS GOOOD!

I have to admit Live surprised me this year, much better than I was anticipating! I've grown a little tired of the NBA 2K series, that said, I do think it's the overall better game. I'm just more into live for something DIFFERENT.

Honestly, i don't think either of these games are sim.. I have NBA2K10 and Greg Oden plays like an all star , even though this is his 2nd year and he stunk it up in his rookie year.. what were HIS ratings based on???

Sim doesnt mean perfection but Cmon 2K??
