We have just captured the player faces of the starting 5, from every NBA team in NBA Live 10.

Who looks good? Who looks bad? Should be some interesting talk. No screenshot requests!

Yeah the Raptors are good, I think the Team that got the least attention has to be the Thunder. Jeff Green and Thabo look terrible.

i think 2k10 and live 10 is both equal on the faces because some one live are off and some on 2k10 are off as well......

but what does live 10 have that 2k10 doesnt??
they have that 500 plays from the real NBA teams...which isnt implemented on their AI..AI of live isnt really that great...those plays can be used by user....but who would really go to the options menu and look through 500 plays...

2k10 has all the UPS for me from my player mode to fresh commentary and rebalanced gameplay. 2k owns it again..they will be getting most sales once again

the only thing that i would have to agree with is the my player mode.

Live has dynamic commentary and much improved gameplay...how do you know the plays aren't implenented into the ai when you haven't played the full game yet? More of the player faces are accurate on live than on 2k...we seen that already....I think people are getting worried that live is stride for stride with 2k now so they want to bring up the past all the time.

Its only a matter of time...you will see.

i cannot lie....although imma 2k guy......Live have some better places faces overall but 2k player models are 100x better....Every1 in live seem to hav the same frail body frame

Is there anyway to re do Kobe's head model?... to me in Live it is horrible, he has a egg head in the game. Everyone else is pretty fantastic.

I think the face on Kobe looks great but your right the head looks terrible and I think its because they basically made him bald. It really throws off his look when you look at him up close, and the facial hair is a little too thick also.

Very recognizable faces. Wade looks indeed great. Some players seem to have a weird look on their face, but overall it's great.

I think both games are about equal in terms of hits and misses, but Live's hits are much better and for the most part they've nailed the star players. Wade and Melo in particular look incredible, and I love Bosh and DeRozan on my Raptors!

That being said, it will be interesting to see guys 6-15 for each roster. This is one area Live has really lacked in and the other has excelled.

it resembles him, but not perfect. it probably won't be until the next gen round of consoles until you see almost perfect faces in any game, i mean, you could be playing w/ the faces used in, let's say, Live 95. just sayin.

i agree to this when i played live 10 demo..i could not tell who roy, paul, williams is on the game because they all had the same body frame and they looked all plastic-ish

The more I look at the faces the more I've noticed that many are too wide, they didn't nail any of the players with narrow, long faces. Wilson Chandler is a perfect example.

I think that's exactly why Kobe looks off. It's fine with Melo and Wade who have wider faces, but it doesn't work with Mr. Bryant.

I don't think they look that bad. I think you're exaggerating a little bit.

Looking at the small screens made them look bad for some reason... I wasn't impressed at all until I blew them into the full-resolution. Something about the smaller size makes their heads look even weirder (beyond the leaning forward and the camera, as has been mentioned).

So if you are just looking at the pages of screens, go into the full-size ones and take a 2nd look. I was thinking that none of the Nuggets really looked good (despite having already seen the Melo model) until I looked at the full size ones, and now all of them aside from K-Mart (looks too young, not enough 5 o'clock shadow, face is a little thin) look great IMO.

I also think some of the players that are too dark may be because of the arena/camera lighting. I say that because Roy does look too dark in that picture, but when you play with him in the hangar in the Live demo his complexion is perfect.
