Madden NFL 10 GameStop Pre-Order Demo Codes Available July 15th (Destructoid)

	"GameStop has just announced that pre-ordering Madden NFL 10 for the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 will net its customers an exclusive demo of the title. The demo will features four five-minute quarters, with the Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers as the playable teams. Codes for the pre-order demo will hit stores by July 15, and the demo is slated to go live by the end of July."

i pre-ordered in store but was told i would get the code via email...and i didn't. some people are getting theirs via email but i'm not sure how they pre-ordered. your best bet is to go to a store and get a code if you can. they don't even really check to see if you pre-ordered it. the only reason the guy checked my receipt was because I offered to show him...he didn't check my ID, didn't write my name down or anything like that. in the very least, i'm sure you could print out a confirmation and that would work too.

I just walked in the store yesterday and put more money on my reservation and the lady didn't even bring it up. I had to ask.

I went into Gamestop 2day and preordered Madden and they gave me a card with a code on it for the demo. They also told me 2 try the code on Tuesday or Friday and should work one of those days. Hopefully it is Tuesday but its probably Friday...lol!

Gamestop tells me that I don't need XBOX Live Gold to get the demo. Having the code will allow Silver users to get it, but of course whatever GS says must be taken with a grain of salt.

I already have Live Gold on a $1 promo so I should be able to get the second demo too, which I would imagine will be for Gold users first.

I emailed Gamestop about the codes and here is the reply.
Its been more than 48 hours since I ordered , so I guess I just wait.

honestly, if you don't hear back just go to a store and ask for one. they're not checking anything. might as well just go anyways if you have time.

I ordered mine awhile ago online w/ free overnight and was e-mailed the code yesterday

Well.... I got my code early at 11AM. But when i got it. It had 2 CODES ON THE CARD!!! the 2nd code was printed on the bottom of the card under the pictures. So i think im selling it. its PS3

To my knowledge, most games demos have been released on Thursday mornings at 2am PST for a while now.

Try reading earlier post in this exact thread. It has been said many times that you have to wait til the 23rd to put the code in.

They did this same PR thing last year with the beta codes for BF:BC. They announced forever that there were limited codes, but I preordered after the beta codes came out and still got a code.

Selling it? your not gonna get but a few bucks for it anyways....Why not just give it to some poor soul man.. you'll probably reap the benefits in the long run anyways..

Im giving my code to a friend, actually i already did....im not playing the demo..im waiting for the final build, i know the game will rock..so no need to blow my excitment ahead of time...
