No video yet. To tell you the truth guys They may have given up for the night and real try and upload it in the morning sometime. I don't think at this point of the night with very few people on that they would upload a video. The most liklyhood that might do it sometime tomorrow morning are afternoon. And may give us blog on top of that for making us wait. Who knows.

Haha, nice. To bad it was in different years and the year we lost to them, so did you. and we had a horrible QB and now we have a beastly QB... Oh might like to point out that we beat Oregon and you didn't...

Im a much bigger NCAA fan than NFL, and I see Madden trying to replicate simulation football to the best of their ability, while NCAA gives us gimmick after gimmick, year after year. I've heard these devs say time after time, "we care about the game just as much as you do, we want it to be as realistic as the real game." But they have yet to really provide that experience. These guys FINALLY, come up with a nice feature for the game, and it had minor flaws btw, and instead of really following up on it and improving it more, they give us Season Showdown. Really....is that how you guys feel about this game? Are we really heading back down that road again, of useless features this community or even the non-online community cares nothing about? Sorry for the rant guys but I feel like I'm losing it, lol! I've bought every version of this game, sadly; because I love college football. I keep supporting this company because I never liked 2ksports at all. I always thought EA was better. even though their products have always been so flawed. I dont know...maybe I just figured because the Madden guys are trying so hard to replicate the actual NFL experience, NCAA guys would try to replicate a real college football game. We dont get as many gameplay fixes, we get Season Showdown. Im a huge Buckeye fan and I could care less if we finished 1st or last in this thing, I just want to enjoy playing NCAA online and offline. I really hope oneday these guys realize all these gimmicks really arent what make games great, its the gameplay that makes them playable for longer than 2 months, hence NHL and MLB The Show. Once again, sorry for the rant, I just cant believe we are actually posting here in pathetic anticipation of a Season Showdown update. We never asked for this, or anything like it. Im sure there are hundreds of ideas on wishlist's all over and this isnt one them. How about some actual presentation for this game and utilizing the ESPN license and stop holding it hostage. Its a shame how old games have better presentation. Here I go again lol, ok Im done!

Exactly. If we wanted to see who had the most "loyal" fans or whatever BS they're going for we could start a poll or some garbage, but if we wanted a football game to play we would buy NCAA 10. It just doesn't seem right to me.

Let's hope next year they don't waste precious time and resources on a stupid gimmick. Imagine if they took this time to add refs, chain gangs, and the missing stadiums. I doubt anyone would be complaining like they are now.

We beat UW in the apple cup the year you lost to them...We let oregon win by the way i already went over this.....Anyways for ncaa 10 are you moving boise into the pac 10 to try to be cool like wazzu?

After thinking about it. SS is kind of a good thing because it helps ID cheasers but they could've figured out a better way to do that.

So you have beat UW to years in a row now?

In one dynasty I might but I ussually like to just play in the WAC until I get invited. Shouldn't take to long this year because Boise St. should start with a 5 star prestige. in 09 it took 3 years.

Yep, I dont think anyone here would be to angry if they gave us a spring game or Army All American Game either, or maybe even a weekly Gameday presentation like how CH2k8 had. The possibilities are endless.

I do know 1 thing, the economy is in bad shape, and I see EA is throwing money away every year on this game and with the people they hired to make it. Im sure there are more innovative people qualified to produce a product without as many flawed, useless, gimmicks every year than the people who are putting this game together now. If EA has to downsize again and the games become in jeopardy, I hope Madden and NHL teams make the cut, because these are the only 2 games EA Sports make that continue to try and give the people what they really want, not some BS gimmicks...unreal.

Can Ian produce this game also? He's the only one who seems to really know how to translate a real football experience to the video games!

No, they were'nt 0-12 the year before last. For some reason I guess I just forgot you guys won it that many times recently. I grew up in Moses Lake so most people there are WSU fans but I moved away from there about 5 years ag and all I can remember of the Apple cup is a UW win other than last year.

Yea man, Ian seems to be like 10 steps ahead of everyone else at EA, definately on the NCAA team. I really believe the NCAA guys have been taught that NCAA should be a fast paced, gimmick game with silly little features for kids.

and you can't have him. If he worked on both games. Then both game would be half crappy and half good. I wheather keep Ian where he is and keep geting better madden games every year beyond this year. Sorry but will pass on your thoughts. Ian is already spread to thin as he is trying to make madden a good game once again. BTW atleast for ya'll who cars. Ian did aleast gave ya'll something madden could not share in on because of the legal trouble EA is having with the retired nfl people and all that. That is the Team builder. Atleast Ian spent one year away from madden to give ya'll that aleast. But I am getting both games. So I will get the best of both worlds in the end.

The whole point of EA being present on these boards is a marketing tool. Giving us an impression that they actually value our opinions so we keep buying the turd they put out. It wasn't until this year that Madden seems to have taken some steps in the right direction but given their recent history I'd be shocked if things weren't poorly implemented. If it weren't for the massive uproar about Madden last year I'm sure things wouldn't have changed.

I won't buy NCAA this year for the first time since 2001, the gameplay vids appear to show they have done absolutely nothing to improve gameplay. Even though they tell us all these improvements are in but we can't show/promote it cause of marketing.

Dont get it twisted, I buy and play Madden also, but Im just more into the college game. College football is more exciting from week to week so I can enjoy it more. The recruiting, bowl games, bands, and all that stuff is on a whole other level from the NFL product. But I play both a lot though!

Yea EA isnt dumb, they slid onto the forum scene asking for input and when they give us a BS feature like Season Showdown they dont wanna hear it, lol. But I understand this has nothing to do with Season Showdown, its a numbers game, the boss dont care as long as he's making the profit he needs to make.

And what marketing are they talkin about? How can Madden do it but NCAA cant, when Madden is a much bigger project and without a doubt the pride and joy of this company. So you mean to tell me you can show me videos of this Season Showdown until Im blue in the face, but you cant show me you fixed the QB Sneak and FB Dive, while also giving the DBs a chance in hell to make a play, or the DL actually going 2 plays without getting flipped head over heels?

Exactly. Why not tie this into your online profile for people to see? If I find out I still won't be able to check my scouting reports and previous opponents I will be pissed.

Madden to some steps in the right direction. Try major steps. Ian in 1 time turn madden way around. Just alone them making superbowl in madden 10 feel like the real superbowl in real life. Madden finally getting a great presention like you seen in nfl 2k5 most likly better. So much more. Madden this year alone took some giant steps to bettering itself for it's fas. Maybe the NCAA crew needs to take a page out of Ian playbook and start interaction more with then fans on the forums and use the ideas from the fans. Ian did. And look where madden 10 is one year later. I give Ian a thumbs up on madden this year. Yes despite me not playin it yet. Just what I have see and read abou it. Madden is going to be out of this world and beyond. And E3 isn't even here yet. LOL
