NCAA Basketball 09 Xbox 360 Community Roster Project

Hi folks,

I saw that BehindShadows is planning on releasing a roster set as soon as he can finish up. Problem with that is he's going to be editing players attributes, looks, etc, as he goes along.

I've always been of the mindset that I prefer to use the rosters the way they came with the game. When you start editing attributes, inevitably, you're going to have a bias towards one team or another and the file won't come out the way it should.

We'll pass the roster file around using the EA Locker. It's important to note that under no circumstances should anything other than a player's name, his height/weight, race, or jersey number be edited. LEAVE THE ATTRIBUTES ALONE!

So...with that said, we need volunteers. Below is a list of all the conferences, along with whether or not they've been done, and by whom they've been edited. Rather than using their OS names, I'm using their gamertags instead so it'll be easier to get the file from, in the EA Locker.

Did you see the PM i sent you with some notes about the CAA. i was going to do it last night but I didn't get a chance so i am glad that someone else stepped up to do it.

yea die hard do the colonial but not until blue and gold finishes his conferences. when hes done he will post his GT and the filename its under. add him as a freind, go into his locker and download it. then do the colonial. when your done. then we will figure out who is going to do the last 3 conferences. if their is one still to be done at 9 or 10 ill take it, and then everyone can get the final roster from me.

Behindshadows - I saw the patch included that but what exactly does "authentic schedules" mean? You mean like their real schedules are this season? if so, I couldnt care less as long as I can edit. But I am very curious.

Yeah, it will be the real life schedule. Wouldn't it make more sense if they just put the real life schedule on the game in the beginning? Ah, EA .. who understands them. And by the way, does anyone know if 2K is done with the college basketball series? I pray they come back for 2010!

I really want to know how the "real" schedules work. Because UMBC opened it season against Stevenson University, which is a D-3 school and they are not in the game. Just was wondering about that

Can you edit the schedule? If so, for my needs, problem solved as I would rather play who I wish anyway. That said, it should have been correct from the start.

i just messaged him about getting the file after he's done so that i can do the colonial....

but if you were already set to go before him, that's cool. i just know that i was supposed to get it after terps, but he had to go out of town or something, so i was trying to get it done before he got back.

Yeah Matt is next up, we've been waiting on him since yesterday so he's up next because he's doing more than one conference..

I don't have them man, they aren't complete. When the file is complete we'll post a thread for it. And people can post their gamertags in that thread.

Stop talking please.

You need to get a new keyboard as you keys seems to be stuck together or something

When you have the final roster you can create your walk-on for radford. None of us will likely ever play as radford and i doubt the walk-on will get any playing time so its not our #1 priority.
