No. Just a fix where players wouldn't progress when edited.

What's so wrong with that? He's got a strong arm and if you just look at his passing stats, they are incredible. He threw for 32 TDs and only 6 INTs last year (67% completion) and all people want to say is that he's a running QB. If Alex Smith can be the first pick in an NFL Draft running the spread out of Utah, certainly Tebow can be a #1 pick and actually turn out well.

i think its cool for people like Tebow to be beasts, rather then come in at like 80. it will add something to the game not as dull. everyone will have there own thoughts tho.

i've never imported the class before this year. all i did was SIM a few NCAA seasons you guys think thats ok or should i actually play a couple?

lol...I don't think anyone is picking on your boy. I think the complaint is that guys in imported rosters come in too high. Tebow, as an example, has come in as high as 99 for some. No matter how good they are perceived to be, NO rookie should comein rated as a high 90's player.

also i noticed most of the players who changed weren't impact players at all. and i didn't have any real long injuries and everyones injury went up at least 6 with most being 8

T.O. had in Season 1

206 catches, 4310 yards, 47 TD's

20.9 avg., 269.3 yd per game, 1848 YAC, 8.9 YAC AVG, 10 drops and his longest was 92yds

how in the hell did he not move up or down one point...
Dude, those numbers are INSANE! Was T.O. the only guy who caught a pass all season?

OK, Gillette Stadium is definitely getting torn up, and it's supposed to be turf. Unless EA has it as grass in the game?

Also, I'm having the same freezing issues that I had pre-patch. That's why so many people asked over and over if we would have to re-start. Unfortunately, it looks like we do.

How in the world was the play clock glitch not fixed?

Hey, as long as you now have time to make pre-snap adjustments on defense, I can live with that.

nah man witten would get his 5-7 catches and 50-70 yards. crayton had some too. plus barber/jones got some in the flat. but TO prolly got 85 percent of them. maybe 90. my recievers are s-h-i-t. so all i had was TO and Wit.

Well, TO is 35-36 in the game and T-New is about 30. The guys in their peak rarely progress no matter how good they do since they are considered at their peak. not saying it's perfect, but as long as young guys and backups can progress, it probably works like it's designed too, I'd imagine. Oh, and GOOD LORD on the T.O. stats...that is a bit rediculous...lol

He would come in to the league a 99? Wow. That's too high for any rookie.

I was just defending Tebow since everyone wants to make him out to be a running QB. He actually told Herbstreit that he thinks his rushing ability hurts his perception in terms of how well he throws the ball. I agree and actually think he's more dangerous throwing the ball than running it.

yeah that makes sense when i think about it like that it does work. and i kno man. it wasn't something i did on purpose it just happened that way. before i knew it i was like WTF myself. lmao but i def. didn't set out for that to happen. i wish my other WR would be a little better so i could trust them. looks like this next season i might just use them as much as i can and if i lose oh well.

I guess it makes sense. Not too many football players have their best seasons on the wrong side of 30. It's a young man's game, especially for a position like running back. Receivers can last a bit longer because they're not always getting the ball and they're not being hit on every play.

Wow, I see a ton of deep balls now.

Watching a cpu vs. cpu game between the Chargers and Packers. Packers really used the pass to open up the run. Deep balls to Jennings and Driver on the same play. Nice to see that the running out of bounds cpu thing is done with; saw Aaron Rodgers hit the fullback Korey Hall on a play action and Hall turned it upfield for a nice 4 yard gain.

Playing in heavy rain at Lambeau field; don't really see the field degration stuff. What is it suppose to look like?

Gives me something to look at while I hit the CPU running back behind the line every time, and lead the league in rush defense, as the Detroit Lions.

Thanks, Ian.

I also noticed that once you edit a player, their morale still drops considerably for no apparent reason....THIS I KNOW WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED.. So my question is, does anyone else have a different experience with this ?

I just played two complete games (10 minute quarters), the first at Pitt, the other at SD, heavy rain in both, and saw Z E R O difference in field degradation after the "patch."
