Mix it up - tosses can and do work, follow your blocks, don't go straight to the sprint button. I struggled my first few games but finally got used to it by playing a few games where I just called various running plays the whole game.

playing safety on defense is so fun..the hits im delivering on these WR's are brutal. especially when they go up for some kinda spectacular catch.

Oh yeah. I just leveled Robiskie after he dropped a pass. I mean, laid him out!! I love playing DB. It's more fun than last year.

Dude, chill out. Geez, for the thousandth time, I wasnt the one who brought the issue up in the first place, and other people have discussed it after me. Let it go, b/c now YOU'RE rehashing stuff. I read what I read in the QA thread in the context of what I'm looking for and what I SHOULD be looking for. I had no reason to search that Q&A thread to see if progressive lighting is in the game that it's been in for basically the last 6 years.

Anybody have a challenge yet? I just got one and the play got reversed

Aight I have to tell the truth here I'm glad you all like the demo for the most part that's great. On the flip side this demo is horrible compared to the game that I played at community day.

This build has to be old maybe its from the NYC event, but I know for a fact that this isn't the same game. I have scored over 60 points in every game on this demo. The big give away is the option its broken in the demo, in contrast the build we played at community day the option was spot on money.

There are about 5 or 6 other dead give aways in this demo as well but no need to scare the hell out of everybody.

If you like this demo you are going to love this real game. But for me this demo is not a representation of the game we played at community day at all.

hopefully it's just a demo thing cause i enjoyed the 360 version a lot better. the picture was 1080p, it looked amazing and the foot planting is amazing. i think the ps3 retail version will be the same.

I've had one where Perriloux was sacked and as he was spun around his knee hit the ground and fumbled. He went to recover, but muffed it and the DL picked it up and ran it about 10 yards or so before he was tackled. They reviewed the fumble and reversed the call. The right call was made. Obviously, this wasn't a PAC-10 game.

This series is slowly losing me and I'm not totally sure why. Every year I play less and less than the past year. I just find myself wanting to play less, rather than being hyped to go home and pop it in. I guess one reason is the Robo QB, but I think I should just stop hoping for a game that'll have erratic throwing QB's, that's never going to happen.

I'm infinitely more hyped for Top Spin at this point, how sad is that? NCAA used to be my favorite game, I'd play 10 seasons in my dynasty. Last year I played 1 year. Maybe the demo is too easy, I dunno, I just don't think that I should be able to throw 40 yard TD passes off my back foot to a FB with the LSU guy. Dampens the fun somehow. Oh well, I enjoy games in every other sport other than football so I'll survive.

I'm probably completely alone in these thoughts too, I don't know what's wrong with me lol.

Glad this is a much earlier build as I'm not totally enjoying it. I don't think I'd ever enjoy it on Varsity, though, either..

This is very good news for both consoles!

Aww....Lost the game 13-10 in OT, I threw a pick in my final possession.

This game is pretty sweet overall, and im sure the actual game is even better but my main concern is that the pass % is really scary. LSU qb should not be completing 80+%. I like how he throws a few bad passes like over throws and stuff. But he is still completing a high % of his passes and hopefully its more that Ohio's defense is also on varsity. Or Im hoping Qb accuracy will tone this down a bit.

I have read that the the break block/pass block does not do anything to better the human pass rush. So we a need a way to make qb's like Periloux (sp?) not be so dominate. Humanvs Human I am affraid only a patch will help unless they improved on what the community leaders have stated.

I'm glad everyone's able to play the demo and give feedback and such.

I left my power brick, av cord, controllers, etc (basically everything except my 360), and the power cord to my flat screen at my friends house...in Missouri..and I live in Texas...lol

..I'm just hoping he can mail it back by July 14th: One day to play the demo, the next to get the game.

I guess I could hit someone up down here and play it then.

But colossal props to everyone who posted any feedback on the demo and the guy who posted the videos.

Just from general feel the demo comes closer to the practically final build we played than the one I played back at the end of April in NYC. Russell pointed out some things and he may be right on those aspects. But overall it seems to be a decent representation of what to expect the release product will be.
