I understand your frustration about this failed transfer. It totally ruins the game for you. The thing is that the EA team that made the game can't fix it. It is a server issue. It does need to be fixed by EA, but it isn't the people who designed the game that can fix it. EA needs to get its server people to fix it. So, whenever there is a patch or tuner update, don't expect this problem to be fixed. They can only adjust the game itself. They can't fix the server with a patch. It is for a completely different set of people to work on.
