Interesting note, during the whole scandal the last little while, it hasn't impacted WWEs stock one way or the other.

However, today is now the highest the WWE stock has been since late 2019.

That tells me either stockholders/Wall Street expects a "resurgence" of the brand or a sale is imminent.

I'm definitely hoping for the former not the later. Last thing we need is a bigger, even more "PC" company taking control of WWE.

NOT SO FAST MY FRIENDS.

"Vince McMahon has also told people that he intends to make a comeback at WWE, saying he got bad advice from people close to him to step down and that he now believes the allegations and investigations would have blown over had he stayed."

I assume this will come to nothing, but here I thought having AEW and WWE contracted talent on the same NJPW show would be an insane way to start 2023. Vince coming back would be insane.

Regal hearing Vince might return after he literally just got his job back(+ a promotion)

Guess we know what he's been doing all this time.

Enjoying retirement with his billions? Nope. Trying to get his job back.

That might be awkward if he forces his own family to take a demotion so he can return.

We might get a real life power struggle storyline.

Vince is a control freak, workaholic, so we all should've known or thought this was a possibility.

If he thinks it would've just "died down" he is a bigger fool than anyone realized. And really underestimates the social climate we are in. And the wrestling/mainstream media would've eviscerated him to no end.

The change in power has garnered a lot of goodwill and positivity in the audience, but Vince coming back would kill it all.
