Yeah keep your save data or back it up to the PSN cloud first. A full uninstall and reinstall of the game data should help.

Had 12mins per quarter offline game, me using Portland 140 vs. Memphis 114, on HOF sliders. ACE is on, substitution on rotation. Lillard hammered Grizzlies with 43 points, 13 assists. Plumlee with 25 pts, 18 rebounds. Great game. No moving screens, tendencies for 3pt shots were not that high. i don't know if they made the HOF easy or the Blazers were just on road rage. Will have to try more teams to know the effects of patch 1.05.

Try it with my sliders and see how it goes.. I believe the game plays extremely well now.. All we need now is someone to make a outstanding roster
