But it was clearly not peak Lebron (who is probably a 96-98 on a GOAT scale).
Its not hard for Iggy to "contain" LeBron when LeBronis literally the only offensive option on the floor for the Cavs lol. The Warriors pretty much ignored every player on the court not named LeBron. Going out and getting 40 when everybody in the gym knows you're getting the ball is amazing regardless of shooting percentages.
I mean if youre gonna use that logic then prime AI and 05-07 Kobe shouldn't be higher than Bron

This is just my opinion but, wasn't Kobe a 85 on the last 2k15 update anyway. We all knew why with stats many have said already including his 5.7 assist he had 3.7 Tos for that. He is still unstoppable if used off the block anyway with turnaround fades and a nice lay up rating so his rating shouldn't matter much really.

Side note: would like to see the next tier of sf ratings since Bron and KD both got rating hits. Like to see the individual ratings and if the ratings are still highly affected by defense so the kawaii and PG13s might benefit

Trust me man that was the only thing he was good at last year. He should still have a good fadeaway

He shot so many bad shots last year though I want that reflected in tendencies

Lebron shot like that for all of Playoffs.

That said, Lebron's feat was impressive because of his offensive load. But shooting inefficiently in high volume isn't something that's actually evidence for a higher rating.

Plus Lebron wasn't very notworthy on defense. I watched the whole series and can't spot his defensive impact. I was sort of suprised about it in retrospect. 94 is fine on an all-time scale.

And I don't disagree that prime AI and Kobe shouldn't be any higher than a 94-95 on an All-Time GOAT scale. That leaves a 4-5 point spread for the many greats that are better than both those players.

Heh, I saw a Denver game where he did nothing but shoot the Lakers out of the game with a double digit lead with turnaround fade after fade. I guess that was the exception?

Yeah I wouldn't doubt that the Lakers by most measureable stats show that they were better offensively and defensively with him off the court than being on the court.

Re: NBA 2K16 Player Ratings & Screenshots - Day Four: Kobe, Wall, Ross & More

Alright Guys.. im bored so i gonna take a look at those beautiful pics.. and finding things to improve.. that does not mean i hate or nitpick i just wanna see stuff that isnt good but could be done easily..

Spoiler
Ok 1st One. What i love is the Jersey.. Lakers decided to take those stupid sleeves Of. thats nice i wish the Nets would too with their sleeved jerseys (grey/blue one and 'NETS' font one) the Lakers Jerseys have been perfect so nithing to nitpick there too.. the sleeve looks great too and the sewat in 16 looks amazing IMO.. Kobes Face was better in 2k15 imo but lets wait and see how he looks when he isnt angry the black and white background means probably its a pic of the JPOTG Video.. i hope that works with 12 min. quarters this year (Y)

Spoiler
2nd is the Wall Pic.. starting with the Jersey.. everything is right here.. fontsize, colors, sides and neck.. the only LITTLE thing is: the Red on the jersey doesnt have holes in it, while the blue does have as u can see here
Spoiler
but thats just something nobody see's so no big deal the sweat again looks very nice the only thing that i dont like is that Wall doesnt rock his beard..

Spoiler
soo the 3rd one is the only one i dont like.. idk why but the Jersey looks very unnatural.. it remind me of a NBA Live Pic from 2-3 years ago..the Patch is cool i just hope it is gone when in my GM mode the season is over.. Face isnt that good too imo.. i dont like this pic.

Spoiler
so on to the next one.. the Jersey looks very nice.. not too tight and not too big either.. i dont like that new Raptors jerseys but i thinks they got it all perfect.. maybe the sides are too thin from what i saw in earlier pics but idk. Ross looks great Imo, his Body his Face and agin the sweat looks just great! very Nice Pic (Y)

Spoiler
soo.. what i love in this Pic.. is the Body.. the arms look amazing.. the biceps and the veigns.. wow! i think his Face is good too! Thenow lets come to the Jersey.. Colors are perfect imo (maybe the orange could be shinier but maybe thats just the lightning in this pic) but what i dont like is the Jersey looks flat as its out of stone. The Font? i dont know why it is in 3D.. its wrong and also the Number is way too small as u can see here
Spoiler

soo yeah.. as i said i do not hate here.. its just little thingss too improve!

Re: NBA 2K16 Screenshots & Ratings - Day Four: Wall, Ross & More as They Arrive

Bruh. They're not making ratings from his playoff performance. It's my impression it's based off the whole year/body of work total. If they're only using finals performance for ratings then by your standards Iggy should be an 88 at the very least lol.

If they used his playoff stats for ratings. LeBron would lead the league in rebounds lol. Or at least be top 3/5. This isn't a bash LeBron thread. I mean I get ppl still don't like dude for what he accomplished/hasn't or whatever but to say a 94 is a good rating based on his Finals performance makes 0 sense to me and seems as if you're just using that because you're not a fan of his game in general.

LeBron last year was still more effective and efficient than a lot of players younger. As far as all time greats he was still one of the greatest players ever in a "down" season where he was still top 5 in scoring and top 15 in assists lol.

Like I said I don't put much into overalls but if it's any indication of the rest of the ratings how does Durant get a 91? I'm just curious to see what AD, Curry, Westbrook and Harden are.

Obviously the PGs are weighted because ball handle speed and passing for them ups there ratings significantly but this will be interesting to see.
