Then a later build came out with the infinity engine incorporated, instead of the old Madden 12 tackling engine.

All I'm saying is "Maybe" the reason why the game looks so bad; no offball movement moves, and the cpu plays so dumb is because this build doesn't have the different technologies incorporated into it fully. (Offball animations "move with a purpose", spectacular A.I (synergy), and Playmaker engine (the animation engine they are boasting)).

I know those are buzzwords but I'm just using them for names sake. Ea says its pre-alpha, so i assume that means everything that is supposed to be in the game is not in this build.
its cool bro, i just were going to have to agree to disagree.... guys who attended E3 say this version is not the version that they play, suggesting that this version is newer, version has all teams, modes, etc added... still looks and plays horrible.... the final build wont be too far off from this version, this game is just playing out just like elite 11, not surprising because they built on it, buti say the reason the game looks as bad as it does is because the new team probably really isn't familiar with elite 11 code, personally not expecting much from them at all and wont be surprised if the retail version is similar to this or the game ends up cancelled, but not expecting anything even close to what we see in fifa, madden, and especially nhl series, as i stated before, those games had a solid foundation to build upon, unlike elite 11 in which they chose

Ok. I have watched this video again and again because I wanted to give some type of feedback that was positive. Ok..............................The one thing that just jumps out at me is the gameplay, and I'm not talking about the way the players move. I'm talking about the person who was controlling the heat. I think one thing that hurts this is the fact that he or she doesn't know how to play this game at all, and that doesn't make for a good showing at all. Obviously the A.I. is poor because the way the cpu was using OKC was awful. I say EA comes out w/ the game for 19.99. Nobody is gonna buy it really, but that's really not the point. This is just to get out there. Have some type of foundation going. Am I a Live fan? No. I love 2K. I'm one of the few people who thinks 2K12 is better than 2K11. What I also love is competition, and to be honest I still have a soft spot for Live simply because that's what I grew up with. I'm the guy that will tell you all day that Live has sucked to me since NBA Live 03, but every year I have to see what they are doing. Simply cause when I made the change to NBA 2K.......I didn't want to. 2K took over the NBA. They found a formula that works. With NBA games that's hard. Think about it. What other basketball franchise is better at Video Games then 2K/Visual Concept? EA can make every other sport great as a video game expect Basketball. There best work is suppose to be NBA Live 10. Question.....Is NBA Live 10 better then NBA 2K7? I'm just waiting on em to compete. That's it. More games made is great in my opinion.

Seems like they listened to the community and built it off Live 10 and not Elite which is great.
This plays EXACTLY like the NBA Elite demo.

Vita version on xbox360? i highly doubt it. This is it. It looks very much like NBA Elite, we must just wait and see how much they improve gameplay overall from the video to release date. We don't even know when this was recorded. Honestly, I did see some things I liked in the video, but to each their own.

This game look bad but I will say if EA really have a disruptive marketing plan I think its working. LOL 74 pages and counting wow, 2k's new developer insight haven't reached 250 yet.
