Take a look at Cristiano Ronaldo, the guy is literally alive: how he moves with and without the ball, how he dribbles, how he shoots, how he passes, how makes a pre-dribble move.

The other player I noticed was how John Terry performs his tackles, how he closes down opponents. I have never enjoyed watching a tackle up close in slow motion so much.
You ain't lying bro the tackling is amazing to watch I will post my impressions once I get a few more games in, loving it so far I just hope they don't break the game come retail version or I will be pissed.

The second demo will be the final test for sure. Usually what you get on the second demo is the final build at 90%-95%

You can add Ronaldinho to the list too. I was doing so much sick stuff with him that it took me 45 min to finish the game because i kept going to reply lol

This is my first time ever playing a Pro Evolution title and I'm having a blast with it. I'm not sure how this one compares with other games in the series, but I could definitely see myself picking it up. From a casual soccer gamer's perspective, I think it plays really well. I suck on both sides of the ball, but I figure I'll improve as I play some more. I'm really curious to know what type of career mode this game has and how deep it is. That will play a big role in my decision to pick it up because I know most of my friends list will be getting Fifa.

My complaints about the demo are pretty minor so far. For starters, I wish we had longer halves because the time goes by too fast. That really has nothing to do with the actual game itself, but it's hard to get the feel for a full game with the time that they've given us. I guess they're not going to provide you with but so much in a demo though.

I also wish that the graphics were a little better. The graphics aren't horrible or anything, but they certainly aren't anything special. They could definitely pop some more.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with what I've experienced so far. I can't wait to try the Fifa demo to compare the two.
I dunno what level it was on just whatever it is set on default. It seem's as long as I don't use England I do pretty well. I don't know if the tactics for the other teams are better suited for how I play, but I lost both games I played with England (1-2 against Italy, and 0-1 against Portugal). Germany for me I just cruise by anyone. I usually have the ball about 80 percent of the time with them and just dominate play. I always do build ups in previous games and FIFA that for how it is set up it is a beauty when you get to work the build up. Maybe that is why I get some many shots that game. Two other games I won 5-1 and 4-0 with German. Every other team its like 2-1 or 1-1.

Haven't seen a lot of advantages called in the game, but there seems to be a lot more fouls called on a regular basis now. Still enjoying the physics of the ball, Two examples I saw that was cool was:

1. shot was deflected and try to run in and slide to poke it for a shot an the ball took a bounce and my guy slide under it
2. after trying to clear it the defender jump up and actually got a piece of it the ball was sky high and when it came down it took an awkward bounce (only time i seen in it the 10 or so games I played)

Yes! I'm playing as Flamengo vs Santos right now and have spent considerable time on replay watching how he is well represented too. He's got his Jar-Jar Bings head movement thing going on while dribbling, the arm movement and body positioning when making passes.

Two players from Portugal had boxed me in (I was Italy) and I did some triangle passing to get out of the situation. Tiki taka football like Spain. I was in awe. It was amazing. The players ran into spaces they were supposed to and it was beautiful, and I managed to triangulate-pass my way out of the jam.

Also giaccherini made such a realistic run down the wing as I circled back with Pirlo cause no one was open... And Pirlo made a perfect through ball pass down the wing to hit him in stride. It was beautiful man.

The tactics of soccer really play a huge part in the whole thing and the Player ID is really noticeable.

Highly recommended to all sports gaming fans.

Man Pirlo plays so real guys, I did some games against Italy on Top Player and you can notice how Pirlo slows the game down when he gets the ball. I was making sure I would get stuck in on him when he got the ball but a few times he side stepped me and when you thought he would run foward after beating his man. Pirlo would jogging a little bit and look for that killer pass.

Just tried a couple games on PC. Loving how the movement and overall strategy plays out. Shooting feels alot heavier but not as good as FIFA yet. Had some nice goal mouth scrambles that felt real. The animations still seem a bit sluggish though. Gonna try the ps3 demo now.

BTW, anybody know what camera settings on the pes demo tweak tool would be that is close to the fifa tele camera view?
