yes jibbler you are right they can all fit on a disc but not in the development cycle. a lot of people seem to think they just removed stuff from franchise and added twitter and storylines. this mode was designed and built from scratch starting prolly a year and a half ago. that is a small amount of time for a mode of this size and depth.

The way you have a problem making up your mind leads me to believe you're only looking to pick a fight.

It all depends on how you played it. To certain people it's a shell, to other people it's extremely deep. What are core features to one person mean nothing to someone else. Everybody's "franchise" priority list is going to be different.

And no, the NCAA imports doesn't show that. Your statement is condemning the current team for the failings of another.

As far as your second and third paragraphs, you're making statements as fact and claiming things that you can't even begin to know until you try it out. I'm pretty sure you said to me in another thread that you weren't going to even give the game a try (correct me if I'm wrong on that) but really, you can't consider it a shell or a joke without ever having tried it out.
My view on editing is that a user should be able to edit anything they want about a player if they choose to and EA even stated that just last year...I don't know where the heck you're gonna go with that now.

NCAA imports was so poorly done and the players came in so jacked up with attributes, ages, and equipment that it looked like a complete afterthought. NCAA imports was a complete design failure and showed extremely low standards.

No I'm not buying the game this year because it doesn't meet my expectations features wise. I hope people love the game though and I really like some of the stuff that I've seen especially the development attribute because I think that could be a game changer for the way positional attributes are distributed.

I think CCM is a shell because its a very stripped down version of offline franchise. I like the XP feature and I think CCM could be great once its given more time to develop.

Hence, why it didn't make it into the game this year. They want to do it right.

Yep....this is a great point and I know I've been really vocal about my opinions and its just because I really did enjoy editing and creating a custom playbook. I enjoyed being in control of my team in franchise and thats been stripped away.
