The teams are drafting generic people during the draft because the rookies arent available.

The camera looks like NBA Live 10's default broadcast camera, which is probably my favorite camera that I've used in a bball game.

Thanks, keep the info coming
Thats the camera I used. I never felt like the court was cluttered in 2k11 so I really didnt notice the change in camera. I liked it but I liked last yrs broadcast camera.

Loading times. They seemed longer than 2k11.

Lack of rookies but that was expected.

wikipedia : Concerned about the fall of address of players, the NBA has brought the line during the three seasons 1994-95 , 1995-96 and 1996-1997 its usual distance of 7m23 (23 feet, 9 inches) 6m70 (22 feet) . Dennis Scott took the opportunity to set a new record number of baskets successful season: 267 in 1995-96, beaten later. But after three seasons, the NBA returns to the original distance of 7m23.
I doubt they changed it, and in the thick of things, it wouldn't really matter unless it's to provide less spacing. The logic of the game isn't gonna tell you that by moving the line in, that it's an easier shot to take, causing more players to take it...it's simply that it's a 3pt shot, so a player who is money from just inside the current 3, but is not known for shooting 3s will have the same rating if the line were moved in. Hope that makes sense.

How are the dunking in traffic situations? Are the over the top animations we saw in some cases still there?
