I turned on my game just a few minutes ago and I got a message with Terms and Agreements stuff. And then it showed that an update was used. Did the update go through?

I did too. PS3 to verify and unfortunately I think itnwas their privacy policy update. Bummer....again.

Unfortunately, that's all it was. The date on their privacy policy update was yesterday.

Goddamn, they weren't lying when they said the end of August. At this rate, I truly believe the patch will release on August 31th at 11:59pm.
