Re: MLB 11 The Show - Operation Sports Full Minors 2011 (Spring Training Version)

I think the problem everybody is having or at least the one i had with puttin players on the dl was "Making sure CPU r-o-s-t-e-r control is off." when u 1st start the franchise..

But I have 1 more question about the dl, if you're controlling one team, is there a way to add players to the 15-day/60-day dl on other cpu teams, rather than making them injured and putting them on the "bench" list?

"With just 1 team control.....the CPU will put the injured player on the DL...you cannot do it yourself." - knight165

Also, if/when a player like Tazawa of BOS gets called up to the majors but isn't on the roster, will I be able to just edit a created player already on the team so that way I'll have him w/o starting over?

I'm guessing when he does get called up, there will be somewhere on the forums talking about his stats/pitches he should have? (thought I remembered seeing that last season for players added during the season).

Is Hustlin Owl's 25-man roster in the vault? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!
the opening day rosters will most likely be edits for minor league teams(lineups/rotations)...and the next update version u wont have to restart your franchise/rtts...but yea i just moved a FA onto the red sox roster that had sort of the same ratings and age as tazawa...i just edited everything myself, i mean his potential is pretty much the only thing i couldnt edit...put him in place of jason bergmann who was released by the sox in ST...
these rosters dont have to be YOUR final rosters before u start your franchise...u can make as many edits as you want as to who is on the 40 man and who is where in the minor leagues...it just takes some time, but if your planning on doing a 30 team controlled franchise then it makes sense to edit it before you start the franchise...this way after ST is finished and BEFORE u continue to the regular season u can move whatever guys u want off the MLB roster to get down to your 25...this will also keep your lineups and rotations in tact as well...

Re: MLB 11 The Show - Operation Sports Full Minors 2011 (Spring Training Version)

I'm missing something...where would I find the "Player Pack" where Junichi Tazawa was created? I can't seem to find him anywhere on the OSFM v4 roster.
The Sox released a few players that are on the current roster and I'm looking to replace them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks guys!

Ok .. I missed something... Could some one tell what the differences are between V2 and V4? I downloaded V2 the other night and started my franchise. If the changes are significant, then I need to download and start over...... OR, should I wait for the "Opening day" rosters. Again.. Are there going to be significant changes from v2 to opening day to make it worth starting over?

Thanks
