You can't. Some players have a simple crossover size-up but aside from that you can't switch hands unless you move your player.

Re: NBA 2K11 Isomotion/Shot Stick Help (360)

I just started playing 2k11 two days ago. It's a fun game but I'm having a lot of trouble so far. I feel as if the animations play out a bit too slowly sometimes.

Could be that I'm just bad, though. xD Anyways, can anyone give me some basic pointers to start out with? I've learned to run plays a bit and that has helped. I'm overwhelmed with the amount of moves I can pull off and being that there is so many I'm finding it hard to do exactly what I want when I want.

I was a big 2k player from 2k6-2k9 my peak being 2k7 and dropping off each year after that. I played a ton of Live 10 and got used to the responsiveness of the dribbling in that game which is probably why I always think I'm hindered by isomotion in 2k now.

The only two ISO moves I have a problem with is Half Spin and In and Out. at first I could pull In and Out with no problem, now every time I try to pull it off I end up doing a Double Cross. Half Spins always end up doing a full Spin. I can pull it off in Games 2-4x accidently. But in Dribble Course, I cant pick it off

For the Half-Spin I find it easiest if you rotate the stick kinda slowly when doing the move, instead of trying to do it rapidly. I can pull the move off about 8 out of 10 times. In and Out is rather simple, just quickly flick the stick away from ball hand, then back. Whereas with the double cross you flick the stick in rhythm.
