I'm the opposite, the achievements, etc mean nothing to me so if I can play this game in 1080p while being smooth as hell I'll gladly sacrifice the VIP stats.

Is their any way in the settings you can change the batter walkup?
not a big fan of the close shots.

You can turn those off.. I turn off all the extra presentation stuff, including the announcers. Not only for framerate but just for a quicker experience. I usually hit buttons so skip the scenes anyway.

Oh, and if it IS the VIP causing an issue... they can clean that up in a patch. Afterall, this discovey means it is NOT the graphics engine causing the problem.

Yeah, it's still bland 99% of the time. I have seen three occasions where they crowd went nuts, but it needs to happen much more.

I'm sorry but this game is horrible. Just d/l the demo and I'm extremly disappointed with this game. Graphics are very bad and the framerate is very bad. This game seems worst then last years.
